The amenities were top notch, pools and water slides, and directly on the beach. They even had a DJ at the pool w games and fun! We went to dinner at Black Drum it was delicious and there was live music! My son also enjoyed the arcade. My favorite part was that we didn’t have to go anywhere, there’s so much to do and multiple food options at the resort. We loved it so much that we all decided this is our new go to spot for a beach get away. 10/10 would recommend!!

They gave another guest keys to our room and they entered our room around midnight while my 5 year old daughter was asleep on the bed with my wife. It was almost a really bad scene because I went for the door to protect my family from what I thought was us being robbed. It was a scary moment for myself and my family.

The rooms were not cleaned well. There was a q tip on the hallway during our entire stay meaning the hallways are not being cleaned at all. It smells like weed during our last night on the whole 16th floor.

I never do reviews but Embassy suites Myrtle Beach is the nastiest hotel we have stayed in. It smelled so bad in our room and the place was filthy. We also had no hot water. Regret ever booking there and hope to save someone else the headache.

The best part of staying at this particular Embassy was David the shuttle driver. He was excellent! His customer service was top notch. With over a decade in HR I can say this man deserves a raise.

The best part was our oceanfront suite with a very comfortable bed, blackout curtains and ocean views from the bathroom! Very happy with our trip and plan to return!!

Upon arriving our room was not ready, and we had to wait for quite a while to get in along with some other guests. When we got to our room, the chair was broken, so we had to let them know it wasn't us. It took everything we had to get both of our sliding doors to the balcony opened/closed and our deadbolt on our entry door didn't work unless you lifted up on the door handle as hard as possible and then tried to lock it. We did put our sleeping sign on the door for the mornings, but we never received any service the entire week we were there. We had to ask for more towels, toilet paper and to have our garbage taken out as it was overflowing. There was black under the rims of the bathroom sinks and it was disgusting. As for the pool, it was nice except you had to be down there at 8am when it opened to reserve chairs with umbrellas or any chairs at all, even though the sign says it's not allowed or you were out of luck. For what we paid, not sure if we will stay here again. However, access to the ocean is great!

The hotel was very nice. It wasn’t too crowded and it gives vibes like you are on a resort out of the country. It feels like you’re somewhere tropical.

The breakfast buffet (included!) was phenomenal. All hotel personnel were wonderful. Our one issue was the extremely warm temperature of the main pool! Overall this trip renewed my faith in WORLD PEACE. So culturally diverse from guests to employees and all people we met. Thank you, we hope to return next year!

Great resort and amenities but the rooms need an update and ours was not clean. Pool area was nice and breakfast was good. Probably won’t come back until rooms are updated but we did enjoy our stay.

Amazing room nice staff and as a diamond member I was able to check in a lil early!! Kids love the water park area and the big pools are also very nice. Black drum brewery is amazing great food and great drinks. Thank you for an amazing stay and many priceless memories!!!!

Room was freezing 66F unable to increase temp. View was amazing but 5th floor room balcony outside machine noise almost drowned out ocean. Breakfast buffet was really poor quality. Facilities worn out. But the view was a joy!
