El Dorado Motel

The check- in service was great. Room wasn't what I was expecting, but it was a place to sleep and the staff that checked us in were very kind. Son did get a small metal piece of something in his foot in the pool twice. It may have been from the sand in the pool. It is a calm area. Could use some upgrades to kitchenettes, but over all not to bad

location Room was dirty, floor sandy, bed sheets had stains, side table had crusted food dried into top ( was not cleaned ). Lady two doors down sat outside with boom box playing until midnight, I had too tell her to shut it off three times and their were other people telling her and her kids to be quite, everyone was trying to sleep. No hotel staff could be found to help.

The a/c did not work at all, had to go and buy fans just to be able to stay in the room without overheating, was told all the rooms were the same with no a/c but the neighbors window was foggy. The WiFi did not reach my room, even though it was advertised to have free WiFi. Only given 1 towel, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay for 2 adults.

The A C was not working at 3 am in the morning the pool was not clean and there was holes in the floor the staff was not nice and no one was at the front desk

Wasn't very clean and smelt of smoke. Bathroom was not in great shape and building is old easy to hit head on shower head and stairway to rooms.

The convenience to the ocean it was clean and staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. There isn’t a whole lot I didn’t like except water pressure but that’s with a lot of hotels.

Not a thing Very trashy. Literal trash laying on the balconies. Appliances were disgusting, rusty and microwave I’m sure was from 1970. Refrigerator didn’t work. Greasy handprints all over the walls in the bathroom. Hair left in the sink and bathtub. Paint pealing and busted tile throughout the room. The smell of cumin and weed is pretty much embedded throughout the hotel. Cigarette burns all over the plywood stiff bed. Refused cancellation after check in.

You couldn't open the door to get in or out a grown man had to open it or we was stuck inside or out the shower was broken

The price paid for the room was considerably high given the quality and conditions provided. I feel the cost does not reflect the experience I had, as cleanliness, service.

Definitely in need of an update had lots of trouble getting in/out our room with the key card.

Quiet neighborhood

Nothing Everything it was dirty and gross and for $700 it should’ve been better. Everything about it was disgusting

Great location. Proximal to airport, right across the street from beach, and actually had a great view of the ocean. Beds were actually firm and comfortable. The bar adjacent to property is nice, with a great proprietor/barkeep Not clean and in severe disrepair. I could live with the towel racks hanging off the wall, the windows being near opaque, the blinds falling away from the window, and the grime on top of the fridge, but the grit, sand, and dirt on the tile floor were too much to take. I was brushing off my feet before I got into bed. It was like no one even took a broom to the place.

N/a No trash cans in room tub was very dirty bed were just box springs and room smelled like old wet basement and ac filter has never been cleaned and shock when it turned on
