There was nothing wrong with the hotel, however the entire experience was dreadful. We were delayed on the flight. I messaged the hotel with my information. We arrived at 2.30am, after travelling for almost sixteen hours. We couldn't access the property due to pin not working. I had to get a taxi to another hotel, pay for another reservation. The following day when we did check in the receptionist was completely unsympathetic and refused a refund. All of the above

Its near to the hospital. Everything you need is in the neighborhood. I have to pay for the parking lot. It should be included when somebody booked a room.

Very nice location, great service, several bakeries and restaurants nearby, walking distance to LMU facilities. The garage is very tight spaces with narrow curve and metal traction parking. Extremely LOUD if the room is facing the street.

Lovely big space, comfortable beds with good breakfast. Very easy to access the city centre with convenient local services.

Ants would crawl under the front door and into our room (ground floor). While ants are not dangerous to humans, it was fairly annoying having ants everywhere in the room (including the bathroom).

Perfect location for my purpose Smell from the restaurant below. Don't get me wrong: it smelled delicious, and had a great dinner there with a 10pc discount voucher offered by the hotel. It's only that I'm on a diet! ;-) PS: serious one, pillows could improve. Otherwise, wonderful. Thanks!

Great stay! Excellent breakfast, friendly reception staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay.

Big room Very narrow dinning room and the selection of breakfast is poor and not refilled. When I went for breakfast at 9ish, plates are just empty and not much to choose. Also one of the lady works there was just standing next to the food table and eat directly, which was a bit blocking the way and not hygienic, as she was using her hand and putting then the food in her mouth.
