Had a problem trying to get housekeeping to clean my room!

It was a great experience!!!

Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were fantastic! Rooms were super clean and very comfy. A few things needed improvement. There was a refrigerator in the room but it was filled with beverages that you had to pay for. I couldn’t put anything in it. Wondered what people did if they needed one for medication. There was no bar with music or entertainment. And the pool closed at 8pm Sunday - Thursday. Way too early for an adult only hotel. Other than that I had a terrific time.

This time during the summer, I could see the golf course. It was very active very busy! I love the fact that it’s an adults only hotel and everything was actually very beautiful and very clean.. I also love that valet park cars and you don’t have to pay for valet parking. I will be back in a few months for ski season! Thanks to all of the staff for making this birthday celebration a success!

My husband and I were here for a 12 year anniversary very nice Place. The restaurants are amazing and so is the casino. I was kind of surprised that there was no fridge that we could use in our private room but overall I will give our stay four stars lol we’ll definitely come again.

Our tv remote didn’t work. Bill had added things on it day of arrival when booked the total was 758. When I arrived they charged 858 with no explanation of what the extra 100 dollars was for.

I think the place is over hyped. Not really much to do and have to pay for amenities. Even the wifi wasn't free. It was a nice property but just overhyped.

We state couple of nights and we had great time great experience and we definitely will come back. Pools were great, clean and stuff as well. Room was very nice and clean and I have to say that mattress and pillows were so comfortable!!! I can’t forget about restaurant which were fantastic!

Room was clean but sometimes difficulty getting towels and if there was a roll of toilet paper on the spool they didn't leave another one. Staff at front desk and in casino were great. Pool was great but needed more attention to water on tile puddling. Loved the robot coffee maker in the lobby.

Bathroom was kind of dark and there was no fan and the hair dryer was terrible and I have short hair. Bring your own. I can't say enough about how courteous and helpful all of the staff were. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Room service was terrible and over charged us and food was cold. Room was extremely hot and toilet just ran and ran and I one came to look at anything.

My four night stay at Mt. Airy was most enjoyable and the place was quite luxurious. The room was lovely. The casino, restaurants, bars, etc. made the place lively and interesting. I didn't use the pool or spa, but had a nice time nonetheless. My only issue was when I arrived at 4:45 PM (check in time is 4 PM) the room was not ready and I had to wait nearly an hour.

Second time here and we loved it. Very peaceful. Will definitely go back.

The parking situation was a challenge. If you choose self parking, you have to walk through the casino to get to your room.
