Hampton Inn Charleston/Mount Pleasant-Patriots Point

Great hotel with the friendliest staff. Pool was nice, plenty of towels. We loved breakfast with the regular and mini-waffle makers. The bag lunch to go snacks were greatly appreciated. The location of his property is very convenient to the museum ships and local restaurants

Outstanding! From check in to departure all were very hospitable, breakfast delicious with omelet and bacon, clean every spot.

Great hotel in Mount Pleasant, just across the bridge from Charleston. Minutes from a fun area- Shem's Creek- fun waterfront restaurants and nature boardwalks. Very convenient location and out of the busy historic district of Charleston, Room was clean, comfortable, well maintained. The desk staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions, extra towels and pretty much everything! Breakfast was plentiful with many options and great coffee! The ONLY suggestion I'd make is to have a few firmer pillows. All 4 that we had were very fluffy and not as much support as we like. But did I mention that we loved the pool?!

Had a good experience until the last day we woke up at 5am with an electrical smell from air conditioner. We were moved to another room but when I asked for a discount at check out they said they couldn’t since I booked through a 3rd party. I will be contacting someone in corporate.

Hotel was outstanding, staff were great and the breakfast was great. We took bagels to go a couple of times for lunch. Facility was exceptionally clean. We will return to this. Hotel again

It smelled clean every where and the staff was so amazing! I believe Stefani helped us at check in and she was fantastic. A+ customer service! Everything was great.

We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. When you walked into the lobby it smelled great. The room however smelled terrible. After an hour or so I spoke to the front desk and she moved our room. The 2nd room was a little better but still had an odor and was not very clean. The room was partially carpeted and the carpet looked old and dirty. i have stayed at other dog friendly hotels that were very clean. I don’t know if this is a problem in non pet friendly rooms but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Location was great There was a bad smell throughout the whole room Linen smelled bad There was no cold water at all and it was not clean, it also smelled Developed allergies from how strong the humid smell was

Excelent location very close to Downtown - the beach - everywhere / very clean hotel and room and very comfortable / good coffee & food / bit difficult for parking at night
