Key issues documented in the replacement room: Unsanitary Bathroom: Stray hair left on the shower floor/baseboards, visible black mildew/mold along the top tile caulking, and clogged shower nozzles with calcified buildup. Plumbing Hazards: Corroded, heavily rusted toilet bolts with dried yellow-brown leak tracks spreading across the floor. Rusted Fixtures: Bathroom storage shelving covered in flaking rust and heavy corrosion. HVAC & Air Quality: The ventilation grates were caked in heavy dirt, particulate grime, and dark spotting, blowing dirty air directly into the room. Lack of Sanitization: The room phone and high-touch areas had caked-in grime and dust across the buttons and crevices. Moving a guest from one filthy room to another does not resolve a habitability failure. Basic health, hygiene, and maintenance standards are clearly not being met here. I strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. When we reported these conditions and requested to cancel our remaining nights, the hotel was completely unwilling to refund us or take accountability. Expedia customer support had to step in, override the property's refusal, and help relocate us so we could stay in a clean, habitable environment.

It was good for the price, loved the size of the room and tv, and relieved how clean it was. Shower heads could be updated, and towels were scratchy so grateful I brought my own. Warning you’ll need to use your hotspot just to get the tv to work due to the wifi being so bad. But for a quick one night stay I was atleast comfortable in a clean room for a price actually affordable for a night unlike most places nowadays.

Good hotel , clean and good service

Staff was nice during check-in. But the rooms were bad and old. Online the rooms looked updated but they are not. The restaurant and bar looked open online but they are closed and not working. I ended up just booking another hotel nearby.

Saw a bug in the fridge.

The TV was big. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The tub was very slippery. My son and my wife both slipped.

It’s very convenient right off the Turnpike. Easily accessible. Near shopping and food. The decor is nice. The lobby is spacious and nicely designed. The water park is not open. The in house restaurant was not open for me to purchase a meal. They do not provide breakfast.

Had a very nice one-night stay at the Grand Laurel. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was nicer than I thought on the inside -- loved the marble floors. Room was big, bed comfy. Very close and convenient to highway and food places.

The staff was very attentive, polite, and accommodating. Love them!!! It would be nice if they offered breakfast in the vacant restaurant in the lobby. Also, the prices in the cafe could come down a bit. I understand tourists prices, but $8.99 for 4 ok BBQ wings was a bit of a let down.

Building needs updating and ground needs cleaning. Empty beer bottles under the trees landscaper was cleaning with leaf blower but didn’t pickup any trash.

Arrived at hotel at 3:20 and the checkin was at 4pm with no rooms available earlier. 4:00 pm and massive line awaiting checkin and no rooms ready. No answers from staff, no manager on duty. Just told to wait till rooms were available. Most of the people waiting had to go to a concert that started at 6pm. 4:30 and no rooms thus had to leave to make the concert without being able to check in. Booked another hotel. Customer service is non existent.

My biggest issue is the A/C would not go below 75 degrees. We set it even to 65 and wouldn’t drop. Room became humid and then there was a smell from it. At night we all were sweaty and felt warm. A/C would be going and cool air was coming out of vents. It was almost as if the cold air blowing out would get sucked into a return vent not visible and wouldn’t circulate the room. Very frustrating especially after being at a water park all day.
