Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Laurel-Philadelphia

The property is extremely clean with a beautiful aroma hitting in at the front door! The staff provide a lovely buffet breakfast and lemon infused water in the lobby. This for me is a home away from home.

We are truly pleased with accommodations

Bedding was terrible, mattress was no more than 6 inches thick. 3 small pillows. This place needs to be inspected and bombed!

Exceptional

We stayed on the 4th floor, I forget the room number, but it was well maintained. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower clean. The shower looked newer with a sliding door which was great. The bottom line is that it made for a nice night.

We stayed one night in room 317. First off the bed was horrible. It was a king but the mattress was God awful and it looked like one of those temporary beds. The springs squeaked like hell every time you moved. The shower had black mold on the ceiling. I'm not sure I'll use this hotel again.

Room 108. Darkening shade was inoperable. Bright spotlight just outside window kept me awake for hours.

Had to cancel my trip called about getting a refund and wasn’t able to get one so in my eyes it was terrible

Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and spacious enough for the designated amount of people.

Breakfast Bathroom was not clean hair all in tub Tub had paint peeling and some blue substance stained on it The drain was open no framing Tub needs obvious repair s At night check in person was not friendly direct no eye contact not welcoming

Clean room clean property clean and fresh breakfast. Server was very pleasant; front desk was also helpful and overall ✌️🙌 Will definitely rent again.

The room itself had several issues: the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and shifted around (I’m not an overweight person so it wasn’t my weight. I have installed toilets and this one was not properly installed). Also the shampoo dispenser in the shower had been knocked off the wall and was sitting on the bathroom sink area. Also in the pool area, besides the absent Jacuzzi, was a group of windows that had substantial cracks and several panels were held together with tape. I am sure that that would not be up to code particularly in a pool area. I do have photos of these items. I am requesting a refund for this stay. I am extremely dissatisfied.
