Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center

Nice property. Room doors in the hallway could be updated and painted. Dinner was just okay. Food was not seasoned.

they changed our rooms, when we got there they didn't have anymore King rooms that we reserved so they us to queen rooms but didn't adjust pricing.

This hotel was awesome. The rooms were nice and clean l. The bed and pillows were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside for me is the microwave was not in the room. I had to go to a even floor to use the microwave. No problem I went. You have to pay to park.

My stay was great. The facility is beautiful and offers many amenities. The location is great and close to many local attractions. The room was so nice with riverfront views. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I didnt like that I could hear the people in the next room. We often heard them talking and their television. The pool was also smaller than it looked online. We stayed on the side by a bar which had very loud music.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great. Nothing really.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I highly recommend it. We stayed here 1 night, to break up our drive, to the beach. We plan to return!

We had a room on the 9th floor. Awesome view of the river. The whole staff of the hotel was probably the nicest and most professional I've ever been around. The restaurant in the hotel is top notch, a bit pricey though. The AC didn't work very well in the room and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it stayed all steamy and muggy in there, that's about all the negative I could mention. Very nice place.

The entire stay at the Renaissance Hotel was wonderful. Enjoyed the Spa, the Restaurant, and the room!

We arrived at the 4:00pm check-in time to find that our room was not ready. We had to hang out in the lobby until 6:30 before we could get in. We ended up having to get dressed for the show we were in town to see in the lobby’s public restroom which was less than ideal and put a damper on the weekend. The only compensation they offered was a free breakfast for the following morning.
