Room was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the window seat and fireplace. The staff was friendly and the in room breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were nice extras. Proximity to the aquarium was so convenient.

We had a corner room on the 4th floor and it was fantastic. The view over the bay and watching all the activity in the bay from animals to humans was wonderful. Location was the best.

Location. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Smell of scents trying to cover up oders. It stunk. I walked in and girl behind desk looked up and back down. I stood there a solid 4 minutes until her phone rang and she picked it up answering their questions. After she hung up she asked if she could help me. I don’t understand why you would not help someone standing right in front of you??

The staffs are very nice. Great location. Super noisy. Bad soundproofing. The neighbors from upstairs walked in the room for hours from 2 am, I could not sleep at all.

A great location, but extremely noisy if you are in a room facing the street. Especially since it was the beginning of car week. The noise was horrendous and although there is a private security service that could’ve stopped some of it it was extremely late at night between 11 PM and 2 AM. They really need to do something about this.
