Key fob did not work. I had to go to front desk twice to get one that did. Almost made me late for my daughter's sporting event.

Dogs can stay free ! The king room with a little single pull out bed was perfect! We had a nine year old that slept on that . The room didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed so I had to go to the front office and get them (very accommodating) I’m sure the cleaning person will hear about that The bed was very comfortable I would definitely stay here again !

my room card, i had to get three new ones, kept loosing the signal and i didn't have it by any electronic device, and Air conditioner could be updated, it really couldn't keep up,

Staff was friendly. Located around a bunch of restraints and stores. Very quiet The door leading to outside was extremely hard to open.

The beds did not seem as cushy as in previous visits!!! One reason why I always stay here Traveling from Gillette Wyo to Michigan Still good but not excellent On the last stay my husband and I wanted to extend our leaving til 3 just due to the comfort level of the bef Not as comfortable bed

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Will definitely be staying there again if I'm ever in the area. There was a little envelope to tip the house cleaner but I only had 100s, was hoping to get change at the front desk but there was no one around at breakfast.. went back to check the desk so I could get change before I checked out... still no one around. Packed up the vehicle and went back a third time.. still no one around. So sorry about that! Bring Cash if you want to tip the cleaner:)

Room 308, floor hadn't been vacuumed in some time, shower head was 40 years old, my sheets had two huge holes in them

Overall property was good for a one night stay. Needs some TLC and updating. Basics for breakfast. Very convenient location.

The rooms were not clean. The staff was terrible. The pool had no lighting in the Jacuzzi did not work.
