Pool was closed for maintenance unfortunately but otherwise was good. Beds were good. Everything was fine

The breakfast was well equipped but unfortunately the pool was out of commission

Pool is under maintenance & when checking in we were not told about it. Room could & should've been cleaner. The charging station in the room looks like it has never been cleaned (sticky & dusty). The cd player also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. The fitness room is small & NONE of the 4 pieces of workout equipment works. There are pieces broke off of each piece.

Check in was pretty quick, so fast I didn't remember most of what clerk said because she was quick with the rundown of the info. Vending machine was not working at the time on the third floor, which made it difficult for refreshment accessibility. The little fridge was handy and the closet had hangers and a good iron. The morning continental breakfast was a big let down. There were two small danishes left, two little yogurts left, I did not see any bread at all for toast. They did have a griddle for waffles, and two pieces of fruit. It appeared that they did have some coffee carafes, I did not attempt to even try. I left the breakfast area immediately and went to another place for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the cooler was working. You could hear kids running down the hallway, and people stomping on the the floor above us. Bring earphones or earplugs for a good nights rest if you are a light sleeper.

The first room I was booked smelled like pee. The second room was good but bathroom was dirty. The women that work there were mean to the lady working the front desk.

We have stayed many times, but it seems to be going done hill. Pool has not been fixed in about three years. Milk was out at breakfast. Front desk was babysitting, and did'nt seem to know about an Event taken place in town. Lovely town and many more places to stay. Shape UP

Nice place for a fair price. Would stay again. Breakfast was a little sparse but manageable. The juice maker wasn't working but the staff person came over and gave it her magic touch to get it working!

Reserved and booked a room on Expedia with 2 queen beds. Got into room and only had 1 queen . Asked desk and she said it was last room booked so they just gave me that. Told her that is what a reservation is for is to hold the room. She was very unhelpful and rude . I asked her if she knew what reservation was and then she told me to deal with room or leave property as she didn't like me asking if she knew what reservation was. Most unprofessional person I have met and no help at all. And unwilling to do anything for me . She told me to call expedia and deal with them and there was no manager she could call and left it at that. Absolutely horrible service as i had booked and reserved room. The whole point of reserving a room.

Didn’t avail of amenities rarly do. Staff pleasant and helpful. Property in good location easy drive to food and shopping.

The rooms smelled like old pee..

Front desk lady was great.rook was descent but conditioner dispenser had been ripped off the wall and the room shared a wall with the laundry. There was laundry being done the first several hours I was there and it was very loud. Had a hard time falling asleep at first.

Very nice little rooms, comfortable stay, a little breakfast bar for the morning, friendly staff.

Not even an offer for a discounted rate since it was advertised to have a working pool, no offer to use a sister hotels pool either, there are several Wydam properties in Minot. Five kids and no activity, not worth my money. Will say, staff were friendly and this is not their fault. They tried very hard to make the best of it. Won’t stay here again.
