Property was clean and staff very helpful. Close to many shops and restaurants.

The people in the room next to us had an emotional melt-down. Shouting followed by tears at midnight. When we tried calling down to the desk to have someone intervene, all we got were recordings to leave a message. Not acceptable at all. In the end I had to knock on their door and ask them to keep it down. Hotel staff/security should be available to handle situations like this. Guests shouldn’t have to. Poorly done. Very disappointed. Will think twice before staying at a Westin again.

Friendly associates greeted us at check in. Our room was delightful. Breakfast nearby was tasty, and accommodated my daughter with food allergies.

We were given a handicapped-accessible room, which we didn’t request, and it was a little weird. Like the closet had only one low pole. Our clothes draped on the floor. And the bathroom lacked a big sink counter to spread out on. Otherwise it was ok. I think there should be a discount in this circumstance.
