If guests are required to pay for parking, there should be a clear process in place for what happens when the parking area is overbooked or no spaces are available. It is extremely frustrating to pay for parking and then discover that a space is not guaranteed, especially when hotel staff cannot provide a clear explanation or reasonable alternative. The parking issue itself was frustrating, but the poor customer service made the experience much worse. Guests should be treated respectfully and provided with accurate information, particularly when they are paying for an additional service. The hotel needs to improve both its parking communication and the way staff handle guest concerns.

Only downside was limited on-site parking, but plenty of parking garages within walking distance.

I had a great time staying at the RED. Everything was in walking distance and delivery to the location was a plus. The on-site accommodations was great as well. I definitely will revisit the RED.

Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. On asking, said come and get fresh towels. No regret, no sorry. No water placed in the room. We were impressed by the restaurant person JAY. He was super friendly and best customer service oriented person. He is the only one reason to come back again sometime. He presented us the breakfast to us in a very professional way and with utmost customer care. He is the asset for this place.

Very close to the light rail stop and US Bank Stadium. Convenient parking and within walking distance of food and entertainment

Great stay

Staff was nice, room was clean, food was mid, but overall it was a great stay

There parking is terrible to start off with. Then my daughter found candy still on the floor. Under the bed was dirty towels and the skirt on the mattress was filthy.

The guy waiter we had at breakfast... his personality was awesome... loved his sense of humor... How loud the drunk people were at 2am we were on the forth floor and you could hear people slamming doors and runn8ng up and down the hall

Hotel was a perfect fit for our needs at the right price.

I wish there was a pool

The room wasn’t very big and pretty basic. It was fine. Bed seemed clean and bathroom was clean. The chairs at the table looked like they needed cleaning. Overall it was good for a one night’s stay. An included breakfast would have been nice, doesn’t have to be fancy just something to start the day. It was a good location for a concert at the Armory.

Friendly staff, great location, nice room. The lobby mini bar market a little pricey so plan ahead

Staff was very friendly, room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. If you’re coming to Minneapolis for an event at US Bank Stadium, definitely stay here. The stadium is an extremely short walk. I will absolutely stay here again when coming home to town.

It was close to the Viking stadium. My key wouldn’t let me in the doors. Other people came and opened the outside doors. What’s with that weird light over the table in my room. Needs to be more tv channel options.

Counter space in the bathroom could be a bit larger, location mildly sketchy. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. I’d suggest adding parking to the hotel fees.
