Hyatt Place Minneapolis Downtown

What a wonderful hotel. Our room was huge, bed and pillows very comfy, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. So many more breakfast selections than typical free breakfast offerings. Paid $30 to park under hotel, which worked out well since Target Field was only a 15 min walk. Parking good until 6pm day of checkout. So glad I chose this hotel for our stay.

The room has an only cleaned every other day, the breakfast is limited and the decor is dated. The underground parking is helpful but very tight on exit and entry, don’t bring a big car unless you have excellent driving skills. The staff are helpful.

Wish I would have known there pool was permanently closed before I booked the room. That was one of the reasons I booked the room.

Love staying at this hotel the area is so fun and the hotel its self is clean and organized, we love the staff they are always so helpful ! Shoutout to Joe who works overnights so helpful and always feel safe when he is working ! Will definitely stay here again :)

Everything was great, except breakfast ending at 9am.

Buffet breakfast was amazing! Kind of disappointed that there wasn't a pool and that I ended up paying 35 dollars for parking on top of the price of the stay but loved the room!

No water for a period and the front desk didn’t have any solutions for even hand washing

Pool was closed and there web sight still shows pool and hot tubs and the front desk said the hotel does not plan to spend money on the pool and hot tub to reopen it so iv stayed there the past 6 years it’s been great until now time to stay at a hotel with a working pool and hot tub

I paid to stay in this hotel so my kids could play in the pool whiles i work. We got there and was told the pool was out of service. Should have put it on the website but they did not. They advertised the pool when there was no pool. I did not get my money back. Was soooo mad.

Didnt like it stating there was a pool when we brought 4 kids to swim . But the rooms were nice
