Reviews
-
Really nice hotel but was surprised by the expensive parking.
-
Shorthanded staff bathroom was filthy and the automatic shades malfunction keeping us up all night
-
Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and property was well maintained. Parking was conveniently close to the hotel and easy to get in and out of. Close to plenty of amenities and attractions downtown. All this made our trip downtown a lot easier and more enjoyable!

Pillows are a joke. Walking into the room, the pillows were bunched up into a small cube. Then, once laid out, it was basically a pancake. Except they didn't smell like pancakes. They smelled stale and heavily used. The sheets were loud and crispier than the wadded up sock in the corner of a teenagers draw. Then, toilet paper. Never in my life have I struggled more than with this toilet paper. It clings to you like static cling. It does not come off until you shower. Unless you use huge wads of it, your fingers go right through like nothing. It falls apart all over the place. Then, the parking lot is a joke. $30 a night for outside parking that is shared with events. We got back late at night and the lot was full. We were not using the lot in the first place due to safety reasons, but it also wasn't even an option 2 of the 3 nights we were there because it was sold out to the local events. Breakfast was way over priced so we opted to not even bother with that. Staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby areas were well maintained. It's what the hotel uses for their customer's use that is sub-par; toilet paper, sheets, pillows, towels, etc.

Great stay! Only issue we had was trying to get some late night snacks from their snack area--the scanner wouldnt scan our stuff, so we had to bother the desk attendant. Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice room setup for work and very convenient location for Target Center event.

Fine
-
the shower didn’t have great water pressure and there was hair in the shower when we arrived.
-
The property is beautiful and in walking distance to the Orpheum, Target Field, Target Stadium and the State Theater. The area does not feel very safe, especially at night. There are a lot of people loitering around the hotel.
-
I appreciated that my room was cleaned everyday.
-
I called and left one of the managers a message about the room having hair on the door leading to the refrigerator and the shower door not stand closed and bathroom floors not swept, still no response. That was on last friday.
-
They say “daily housekeeping” but that’s not the case. I even asked SPECIFICALLY for housekeeping and it didn’t happen. When I called to complain, the room phone didn’t work. Would not stay here again. Parking was a nightmare as well. It was fine but …

Great location, clean comfortable beds
-
CLEAN HOTEL AND VERY CONVENIENT TO THE BALL PARK. COMFORTABLE BED AND SPACIOUS ROOM. THE ONLY DOWNER WAS THE BREAKFAST.
-
The bar staff was awesome and accommodating as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the central location making all of our activities easily walkable. We would definitely stay here again.
-
The towels in the bathroom had a big wad of hair in them and the bath mat appeared dirty. We also only had one wash cloth.
-
Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable! The temperature with the AC was great! Bathroom shower water pressure was a little weak, but adequate. We spent the evening having dinner/drinks in Lobby bar while our daughters were at a nearby concert. We will definitely be back in the future.

The rooms were beautiful and modern and the little snack area was super helpful to buy something to eat without having to leave the property.
