The Westin Milwaukee

The lamp by the bed had a cracked shade, which have been replaced. The bed I did not sleep in had a very scratched up head board. At over 400 a night I expect better maintenance.

First no microwave in the room. N the mini frig was up so high that my drinks froze!

Wow. What a disappointment. Room was not great but bathroom space so poorly designed and towels were like mine I use for dog baths or car washes. Not plush and clean and non even matched. The headboards of beds were damaged and so creepy. Maids left new towels 2 nd day on back lid of toilet not sanitary. Yesterday we left room and returned at 4:00 pm still no service. It’s a miss and a never return for me

Great location and onsite restaurant. Gym is good but would be better with additional amenities such as a sauna or a spa with that available. Housekeeping was poor - the undersheet on the duvet wasn’t even put back/straightened out after the cleaning. Towels felt like they were long overdue for a replacement. The server at the restaurant at breakfast was not the friendliest. I would definitely stay here again and hope these little details are ironed out.

Room had a fantastic viewing the air conditioning system. Room and bathroom looked a little run down. Exterior was not super well cared for.

Room was clean but a few problems in the bathroom.Restaurant /bar was really nice.

Clean room, front desk was nice. Valet is rude if you don't valet sit them and they don't help you

Spent a night here to attend Summerfest. Staff was great, hotel very nice and clean. Wish we'd had longer to stick around and enjoy the hotel restaurant/bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay close to everything to do in Milwaukee.

The breakfast power shake was spot on.

The location was really convenient! It was a large and clean hotel that was near many of the attractions we planned to visit. It wasn't a far way to get to and from the hotel. Parking was fairly convenient and there were a lot of food options and amenities available right on site. I thought it was confusing that check in was on a different floor than the main ground level. Other than that though everything was really nice.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful and very convenient to Summerfest, the lake and downtown. Would stay again.

Booked a corner room, did not get a corner room. Was charged $806 for the night. Room was hot, AC sucks
