Breakfast very nice and front desk great!

The place really needs deep cleaned. I said something to the staff and they came back the next day and just made the bed. Still dirty appliances and a garbage disposal not working. A water bottle behind night stand. I expressed for the price I expected better. The breakfast was so busy with a convention it was hard to get in and I felt bad for the one person they had doing the whole thing.

I WAS SO HAPPY WE CHOSE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL; WE STAYED DURING THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, DURING THE VERY POPULAR MILLIWAUKEE MUSICE FEST. IT WAS CLOSE ENOUTH TO WALK THERE. THE PRICE WAS VERY RESONABLE EXPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS DURING THE FEST, ALSO A REASONSBLE PRICE FOR THE EXTREMELY LARGE ROOM, AS LARGE AS AN APARTMENT! HUGE BEDROOM AND HUGE LIVING ROOM. MOST IMPORTANTYLY EVERYTHIN WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. THE ROOM HAD SO MUCH SPACE FOR YOUR LUGGAGE, LARGE DRESSERS AND A LARGE CLOSET. CLEAN BATHROOM STOCKED WITH ALL NECCESSARY ITEMS. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING YOU NEED. SINCE I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA, THEY HELPED WITH DIRECTIONS, I FELT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH MAKING SURE EVERY GUEST HAD THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR ENTIRE STAY. WE WILL BE DEFINITELY STAYING THERE NEXT TIME WE VISIT MILIWAUKEE.

We had a great experience. It was the first hotel stay for my kids and the front desk staff made it very special for them!

The location was great. Near my event and next to the market. The building is on a street that seems to attract people who speed down the road at late hours blasting music even though it’s a week night. The place was minimally staffed although they were reachable by text. Supplies and cooking tools were sparse. I had to call to get more and it was only a two night stay. The bed was saggy and not very comfortable. The room for a suite was also very small. It was essentially a tiny hotel room with a kitchen galley rather than a coffee counter. Overall the service, atmosphere and decorations didn’t warrant the high price. If I had paid less I would have not thought about these drawbacks but paying so much made them stand out.

Location, friendly staff, historical building were all great. Breakfast was not good. Presentation was also poor. Shared knife in a jelly and cream cheese jar is nasty.

We had an excellent stay. The food was great and the chef was awesome. He was so friendly and did an excellent job serving up great food.

Shower had black mold in two spots. And window had a small child’s handprint still on it.

Everything was great, except for one minor glitch…coffee maker in the room was for K-cups and coffee in the room was not k-cups but rather pods…very weird. But, free breakfast and all the coffee you could drink downstairs so not a big deal.

Face is very affordable. Location was excellent. The room was very spacious and Homie like the sun says home too, and we really enjoyed ourselves there.

The hotel was in the perfect location, very active area with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to everything you need. The room was excellent with a kitchen, microwave and full refrigerator. The breakfast was very good and all staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had free laundry facility and a gym. I would highly recommend this hotel.
