Regrettably I was a Guest in your Hotel. My visit was for the JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION, at the BAIRD CENTER, There were 19-Countires represented and more than 25,000 Delegates each day. As you might imagine my excitement and anticipation to intermingle with such individuals was an exciting adventure and the fact this was planned 2-Years in advance. ( As I care for a 94 Yr old Parent with Dementia) my advance Hotel Plans fell by the wayside, so last minute booking lead me to settling for the AMBASSADOR HOTEL, I was certain the the AMBASSADOR( based on said name in Chicago) would be an excellent choice, though last minute. After the second night I knew I would become ill if I remained in that building. I still cannot believe the condition of the Rooms. It was Simply unbearable, to my Dismay, we were so disenchanted with our brief stay. I lost monetarily a handsome sum. I was informed that my booking through "expedia", I would not be entitled to any compensation. I have written and blogged their site. Never again will I book third party due to this unfortunate matter. I am Completely and utterly still disgusted about the famous " AMBASSADOR HOTEL". While I do understand and as most educated individuals, any corporation's Core Idea of their property is Key to it's actual overall appearance in this industry, It's clear the Owners here, fall short of the original Idea.

Room was not clean, not enough towels in room. Old amenities!

At night the hotel public areas were full of college kids - some drunk even in the elevators. Parking is a bit sketchy with locked gates and wandering people. Guard at the hotel entry was watching TV.

We had a great stay. We went to a concert at The Rave and the hotel was ao conveniently located. Such a beautiful looking hotel and love how they have kept the doors in front of the elevator adds to the history and makes it a but creepy but we love that.

All the staff were great. The beds were comfy. The main reason for the 3-star review is because the neighborhood had some loud police activity two out of the three nights we stayed which interrupted our rest. Perhaps not the best neighborhood and not for kids.

Needs carpet in the rooms cleaned replaced 🙌

Parking charge. My bill was 360.00 + aren't you charging enough? No need to charge for parking. Also, connected or not, the shuttle service (return trip from ballpark) sucked, he didn't show. Had to taxi back 45.00.

One of my all-time favorite hotels! Has everything I need when I travel and the rooms are very relaxing.

And awesome coffee bar.

Booked hotel specifically to attend Brewers game. The hotel staff, parking, shuttle service, food and drinks were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful 1928 Art Deco hotel has been fully restored and renovated. The room was larger than expected for a boutique hotel. The decor was above my expectations. We were tired from our travels and so decided to eat in the on site restaurant. The Gin Ricky had great service, a good selection of appetizers and dinner menu items. We were very surprised, especially with the price point for the room and restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Definitely will go back.

Terrific historic hotel. Lots of old time features. Staff very friendly and shuttle driver Jean was awesome!! Highly recommend!!

The shuttle driver we delt with was not very helpful nor friendly.

Unfortunately, the site is becoming rundown & needs some serious maintenance & refreshing. Also, there is no longer a restaurant for dinner unless you want to eat in a bar. The cafe closed at 10 AM so we could get coffee or breakfast unless we wanted to wait until the bar opened at 11 AM.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Candace at the front desk. The shuttle is a fantastic amenity.

Free shuttle was awesome. Staff was helpful and friendly. Gin Ricky Bar had great food amd specials.
