The bed, bathroom, shower, fridge, microwave, lighting, TV, and wifi were great. Checking in was easy. Parking was fine. The ac was ok but it did keep the room cool. Plenty of places around to eat. A short drive to Great America Parkway. The free breakfast was average. Just "Grab & Go" items. I was disappointed the Straw Hat Pizza next door closed.

Considerable breakfast, facilities in satisfactory condition and quality, perfect location, and most of all, excellent staff service. Keep it up!! Prone to break-ins.

There was no breakfast as advertised. Apparently there wasn’t enough food to accommodate the guests.

The room itself was clean, but the pool, not so much. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was prepackaged items. A/C in room was excellent, plenty of parking, close to food, coffee, and shopping.

Price was very affordable and the staff at reception was helpful! It is also located close to cafe/restaurants/grocery etc. Hotel also had laundry (coin operated), pool and breakfast - we ended up using neither, so donot know how good these facilities really are. The location is slightly shady, and the hotel itself looks quite old. Anyone can access even the upper floors through the staircases, which did not feel particularly secure. On our first night, someone knocked on our door after midnight, and then again the following morning, saying they were making a “delivery.” This continued for a couple of days. Needless to say, we never answered the door. The staff was understanding and offered to move us to a different room after we brought the issue to their attention. It didn't feel very safe (I may be over reacting :'))

The man at the front desk was very nice. I stayed for three weeks and he wanted me to have a nice room, where I can get comfortable and have a good view. The bed sheets were not very clean. You can’t do your laundry there because the washing machines and the dryers don’t work that well. After a second or a third wash the clothes still have detergent on them. Your clothes are still wet when you get them out of the dryer or they smell very bad. It costs you too much money for still dirty clothes. Breakfast was very disappointing.Just packaging, nothing fresh.

The location of the property was perfect. It was central to a lot of places. Housekeepers were awesome at keeping the rooms clean. I liked how the pool was enclosed. Both day and night managers were helpful in accommodating my husband and I when we were locked out of our room and washing our clothes. One of the washers didn't work properly. The night manager refunded me and I had to wait for the next available washer. One of the 9 days we stayed, 4 work vehicles and 1 small car were broken into in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was spotty. They didn’t restock it, and ran out of food quickly.

A/c not very cold

Everything was fine, except that the Booking.com app did not make it clear that we had to pay a $200 deposit on site on top of the money we had already paid through Booking.com for the reservation itself. This app should make it clear at checkout whether or not the property is charging a deposit fee on site & how much exactly. We as customers need to know this in advance to prepare to pay or pick another site if it is unaffordable for our budget.

Convenient location, near restaurant and shopping. Very slow Internet, and not much to choose from during breakfast.

Breakfast service is unpredictable. Out of coffee frequently and can’t always find the front desk staff.

Would stay at again.
