It was a nice place

The property was tired and could have been cleaned and maintained better.

It is very clean.

Place was Just OK. would not return. Guests were Lo rent workers, noisy loud looked like redneck full time renters, could not get a moments rest, and it is NOT in Muir Woods as you are lead to believe. spend the extra bucks and find a better plac.

The noise at night was awful. People were running up and down the hallways during the night, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. What was even more frustrating was receiving a call from reception during the night asking me to be quiet. I was travelling by myself and was simply sitting in my room writing emails, so I was very surprised by the complaint. There were also several issues with the room and facilities. The hairdryer didn’t work, there was no ironing board in the room and I had to ask reception for one. The bathtub also didn’t drain properly. I was allocated a room on the second floor, but there was no elevator, which was particularly inconvenient as I had a large suitcase. Overall, there were too many inconveniences during my stay. The noise, the lack of basic facilities, and the problems with the room made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Place was a little dated but clean : thought the maids did a nice job. Very unhandy to get to. Not their fault - road system

Clean room, good location, good parking, loud air conditioner - I had to turn it off to sleep. Fortunately, the temperature in Mill Valley was cool enough at night that not having A/C was not a problem.

Only thing is that toiletries were almost empty but since we only were at the property the entire night we’re still thankful that we got accommodated by their staffs. Thanking the manager on duty and the front desk, they were both considerate and helpful. The property was clean and smelled quite fresh.

Room not as spacious as I would like but was updated and clean. Everything acceptable for the rate, no complains. King size bed was OK.

Low cost lodging near hiking trails and restaurants. Location makes it very risky when pulling left out of parking lot.

“You get what you pay for”, with this location. Being off a busy street, it is very loud at night making it hard to sleep. Also, if you are immunocompromised or asthmatic, be sure to check for mold in your room. As mine had black mold in the bathroom.

Older motel but full refresh of the rooms and excellent location near Muir Woods.

Beds were comfortable the only request I would have is to have a coffee pot in the rooms for convenience

This was a decent place to stay fkr the time that we were there. It doesn't offer all the typical hotel amenities, but it gets the job done for a affordable price!
