This Hotel was one of my first choices when visiting the area. But, lately the hotel is not being maintained at the level it once was before. The bed was not very comfortable and when you moved it would squeak.

I've stayed here multiple times (most recently in August 2026) and am always amazed at how diligent the staff is to keep the lobby and dining area sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff is attentive and responsive, and my entire family uses the gym every time we stay. Highly recommend!

DISLIKE - Air conditioner blows directly on the bed with no way to redirect the air flow, no air movement in the bathroom to dispense odors, tub shower curtain was broken on the shower head so water splashes out onto the floor, TV channel selection is barely adequate. LIKE - staff is pleasant and helpful.

This local hotel is badly in need of renovation. But the helpfulness and genuine good cheer of the staff almost compensates for the clean but dreary room. A/C in the room was right adjacent to one of the beds and extremely loud. Small refrigerator barely worked. They serve a very tasty and generous complementary breakfast. The front desk was very accommodating when we asked to change our room due to noisy A/C unit outside our window.

Great Hyatt the staff was helpful and the room were clean. I would the only down side was the noise from across the street coming from the Industrial area where the truck park.

Location was convenient, parking was easy, room was very nice and spacious. Housekeeping was very good, nice sheets and towels. Breakfast was lacking. No outside space for sitting. Nice lobby. Had a small bar but very minimal food availability. I would return.
