Hampton Inn Midland South

The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was the carpet was filthy, if you walked barefoot on the carpet the bottom of your feet would be disgusting black in a very short time. I would highly recommend the hotel to shampoo the carpets at least once a month if not more

Leaking Bathroom Sink: The sink was actively leaking from the plumbing beneath. Every time the faucet turned on, water pooled across the vanity and dripped onto the tile floor, creating a severe slip hazard and an unhygienic environment. Broken Window Covering: The extension chain utilized to adjust the blinds was snapped and hanging uselessly. This left the room with compromised privacy and no way to block out the intense West Texas sun. Conclusion Excellent customer service cannot compensate for a failing physical product. Front desk professionalism is merely a band-aid when guest rooms are riddled with immediate plumbing and mechanical defe

The place was pristine, beds were clean and cozy, and breakfast had a homemade version twist. My nephew forgot few items and Cindy helped to get them back asap. Thanks

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great night sleep! The evening as well as the day staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.Plan to stay again.

Check out however was quite the opposite. The lady behind the counter was rude not only to me, but also to others.

Bed was a little tough to sleep on. Other than that it was okay!!

Marina at the front desk was helpful! She is a hard worker and super kind.

Super clean hotel lobby breakfast area and rooms were so clean as well! 10/10! Will stay here again on my next visit to midland Texas.

Clean and employee’s were very nice We went to pool area and there were several kids swimming and jumping the wall

Clean room. Staff was friendly. Didn’t partake in the breakfast… but hubby said there wasn’t anything safe for me to eat… (celiac here). He was looking at least for a banana… but there was none. I’d stay again because it is super convenient to the freeway and there were plenty of stores around.

The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintain, the room was very well clean and even smelled clean, no half way job was done, clean sheets were changed on the bed, but the problem was the bed itself. The bed itself was so hard we both had hip problems to where it was hard to even walk

I liked that they let check in earlier so we could get dress to attend a wedding at 2pm
