Clean, convenient and accomodating

The rooms, and facilities were nasty, and dirty, My feet were sticking to the floor! It was terrible, and my wife and I left after the first 20 minutes. I did not stay at this facility.

The hotel was nasty! Smells really bad and really outdated. We didn't even get the room we chose. Elevators were really loud, hallways are dirty and most of the people that were there were residents. Never again!

there was a pee smell all over the property and very heavy in our room, there were blood stains all over the mattress, very visible the carpet was sticky and meldew. the worst experience ever. i need my money back, we did not stay there and moved to another hotel

Noting. Worst stay of my life and I travel for business week in and week out. Hallway’s were smelly and dirty, elevator has a loud thump when going up or down which scared my family, room floors were sticky and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was old and the room layout is awful. I would not pay more than $45 for a night to be honest. It reminded me of a local ma and pop motel. Stay away. You have been warned.

Room was dirty, smelled bad. Bathroom toilet leaking cabinet rotted. Floor sticky the place is gross. I would not let me my kids take off their shoes. Gross! Do better!
-
Lots of people living there. Furniture very old but was a clean place to lay our heads
-
Broke dishwasher, broke utensils, dirty dishes given to me. No toliet paper. Dirty floor. Broke lights in room. No break fast. Smoke alarms kept going off. Terrible visit
-
Location near airport. Hotel is dirty, including rugs in hallways, sticky floor in suite. Dogs peeing outside doorway right next to exit. Fire alarm in the evening emptied the hotel, until after fire department came and responded to FALSE ALARM

Location, Staff, Comfort, Security. I'll stay there again. The mini-breakfast was perfect. Coffee, rolls, and cereal - what more do you need? Promised daily that the laundry room would be available to use, but alas, t'was not to be. A daily disappointment for 9 days straight. Also, loud bang in elevator as it passes the second floor it more than unsettling.

This facility has not been updated in at least 40 years. It really needs work. And literally nothing is provided in the room. No lotion, no conditioner, no hair dryer. NO COFFEE.
-
The home like setting with stove and refrigerator, clean, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast Could add extra toiletries

Was disappointed in this property. Our room was mostly clean but needs attention to things, like a properly working faucet in kitchen and shower. And fix the toilet seat. The hotel had a rather strong odor to it, hard to explain exactly what it was, just off. And laundry was down and not usable, which is the reason i chose this hotel over others as i needed to do some laundry for our family during our trip.

I rented two rooms. This extended stay was outdated. There was NOTHING in the kitchen cabinets. I had to go down to the lobby to get cups, silverware, a coffee maker, etc, for two rooms. They put it all in a blue plastic tote AND asked me to bring it back down when I checked out. One of the TVs was old and only showed a fuzzy screen. There was no where to get water. You couldn’t even purchase it at the hotel. We had to leave to get water or drink the tap water. I stayed there because we lost power at our home. I had a 6 and 10 year old and my father with Parkinson’s with me. I’ve stayed at extended stays in the past. This one was horrible in comparison.

Room was switched and given to as an upgrade which it definitely wasn't. looked as if someone had been practicing for WWE . Electrical sockets were broken , desk broken and kitchen drawers missing second bed leaned as if frame was broken. Tub had hairs and soap scum. Tub drain came undone twice wasting bath water . Carpet was filthy had to keep shoes on.. Elevator shook and had a very unsettling pop and knocking sound. Trash cans in parking lot hadn't been emptied creating unpleasant experiences entering and exiting property.. laundry area was clean but only 1 washing machine worked

Our family stayed the night simply to sleep and to continue our travels. The hallway carpeting was very stained but our room had vinyl plank floors which felt much better than the hallway. The repairs through out the building were not the best (sloppy patches on walls, duct tape used in elevator to apply a sign). The overall scent of the facility smelled like day old curry-seafood night. Although the room didn’t smell as bad as common areas. They did not refill the coffee at 9:15am because breakfast ended at 9:30 and they didn’t want to dump any out so guests went without coffee. All of the furnishings were wobbly or worn down. The location was great, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and shower was warm but I would not stay here again.

Disgusting room and building. Smelly. Sticky hardwood floors. Stained chair. Chewed up headboard on the bed (bugs?). Also pretty sure we heard scurrying around in the ceiling; maybe mice or rats. Very disappointing, especially for the price. We went to Garner Hotel in Wadsworth for a bit more money and were very pleased.
