Our biggest turn off was smelling cigarette smoke the minute you walked in the door. And it followed us all down the hallway. Of course the worst area is were you gamble. We have casino near our town and I've never smelled cigarette smoke, even in the gaming room. They do not have good filters.

The room was clean. The only negative was the food available. We like breakfast when we are traveling and they didn't have a real breakfast option. Breakfast Sandwiches. And it was expensive.

El Internet gratis es para 3 dispositivos no entiendo que pasó pero solo lo pude usar el 1er día. Después solo me aparecía la opción de pago y no me pudieron resolver en frontdesk me pidieron llamar al proveedor directamente. Esto no es cómodo cuando eres huésped. La regadera de la habitación no estaba bien sellada entonces en cada uso se mojaba todo el exterior de la ducha, esto era incómodo. Y por último nos tocó tener olor a cañería durante nuestra estancia, nos comentaron que los disculparamos pero que era el sistema de limpieza del drenaje, que pronto se desaparecería el olor pero duró dos días. En general las instalaciones son amplias y cuenta con amplio estacionamiento.

There was no soap at the sink that was outside of the bathroom. Had to use the one in the shower. Otherwise everything was great and the food was fulfilling. Will stay there again hope the pool will be restored by then.

Great place to stay. Mid week rates were solid. The room in the tower was very, very nice. The casino allows smoking on the gaming floor and was pretty smoky as a result. I would stay again.

The carpeting was pretty dusty around furniture and the most confusing thing was the shower. The hot and cold water were switched. When we had it all the way hot, it was cold. We were waiting until we tried it the other way and noticed it got hot on cold. Very strange.
