Siempre regreso a este hotel porque es un lugar estratégico, con confort y siempre hay un buen costumer service.

La estancia fue súper !! Me encanta este hotel por eso regreso siempre!!

Make sure people know that the shuttle only runs once an hour so you can wait for a full hour at the airport if you arrive at the wrong time! Breakfast is horrible for $20/person.

The bed was like sleeping on a lumpy piece of wood

Very good place if choose 9 floor you have full view of Downtown Miami

The room was not bad, good for a one night stay. Only thing I dislike was the way the room was set up and the parking.

Best airport shuttle driver, very courteous and informative. Restaurant food waa fresh and wait staff was prompt and friendly. Worst automated check-in procedure almost clouded the experience.

Overall the hotel was nice however my only concern was not having shuttle service 24/7. I had a morning flight and needed a 5am departure. I had to get a taxi.
