It is a goid place if you have 4 or more people there suites are a very good size and it has a kitchen.

This location has several stores located across the road as well as restaurants shopping and eateries nearby. Nice quiet location

Friendly staff. No free bottled water as advertised. Property charges for packages. Was told on check-in that once we collect, there'll be no charge and then was told later on that once packages sent to property, we would be charged. Laundry facility was a plus.

The 2nd room identical. Air conditioning better but that room had a mildew wetness odor. Looking around there was water damage by the vents and the ceiling was puffing up with dark discoloration. We asked to switch but no suites available. No manger was available at that time (9pm). So we had no choice as it was late and everyone was tired. Next morning, We went to front desk to speak to manager and told him our concerns. We wanted to check out and get a refund for the additional 2 nights. The front desk and manger were helpful and understanding of our concerns. And did not argue our request to leave and get a refund. We then booked the Miami Lakes Hotel (100x better) Its felt like an efficiency motel rather than a hotel. Outdated, carpeting and upholstered furniture was old, and the musty wet smell was awful. Will not stay here again.

Hotel suite was very nice. Full kitchen. Staff was very nice an helpful. Will be back again.

The pictures align perfectly with the details I saw when I got there. It was the perfect stay. It has a lot of stores and scenery surrounding it. I gave five stars because I actually slept good with no loud noises and the staff was helpful. It was clean and when I didn’t like something they fixed it immediately. Thanks

Low budget hotel which is renovated. The physical room was in great order. Hallways and common areas have a lot to be desired but in line with other budget friendly type hotels.

Let me start with the location. The hotel is conveniently located near the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826), providing easy access to major highways. It's within walking distance of a Winn-Dixie shopping center and several restaurants, making it a very convenient place to stay. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, and the overall condition of the property is excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The rooms are very spacious and come with plenty of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a mid-size refrigerator. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and it was obvious that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. Overall, this is a very well-maintained hotel that offers excellent value. I had a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
