Great location, central to bayside park, cruise terminals, and cvs, Ross are next door. Great eateries around and public transportation. On-site restaurant was great. Breakfast was tasty, get the omelettes. The staff at restaurant were all friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff at hotel was wonderful. Only thing that sucks is you have to pay for those extra amenities even if you don’t use it.

We stayed at YVE for a couple of nights before our cruise. The staff was wonderful. My only two complaints which are very minimal is out of the two elevators, only one was working. And we were not told about valet parking until we got to registration so that was another added expense (but we knew our vehicle was safer than parking on the street). But overall it was great. We had an amazing view of Bayfront Park. We were only 10 minutes from port. Our room was very clean. If we ever port out of Miami again we will definitely stay again.i

The room was clean. Elevator was broke and has been broke for over 2 weeks! Staff couldn't have cared less. Spoke to over a dozen guests and all said never ever staying here again. Better to stay a bit further from the port or Bayside area and pay Uber $10 than to be treated so poorly. Staff also charges a $20 resort fee that they should auto waive and they did but we had to ask for it. They could have also offered a breakfast coupon to the in-house restaurant for $15 to help compensate.

The room had trash on the floor. The bathroom had black hair on the towels. There was one working elevator for 17 floors. Unacceptable!! The staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. The room does not include breakfast buffet as indicated. I paid 3x what my cousin booked a room for. But the non working elevator is atrocious.

warning the elevator was broken our entire stay, I typically wouldnt mind but 17 flights of stairs with multiple suitcases and multiple people taking this tiny staircase was not a relaxing way to begin or end a trip.

I love this property, going since 2023. It’s very convenient to the port and stores if you forgot anything. The only downside is that the elevator is always broken so you gotta walk from the 14th floor down to the lobby. So just imagine with 2 suitcases going down the stairs. Other than that it’s a perfect hotel.

Elevator not working

Everything. They were friendly, the restaurant was great, the room was fabulous. The only complaint is the elevator situation which cannot be fixed. But they also told us that so we could prepare. I took my bags down very early and avoided the crowd, problem solved.

Near to entertainment. Main level very hot. Elevator not working and discount not offered. Complimentary drink if you bought one was not all cracked to be.

The bed was horrible! Huge worn hole in the center! Very poor elevator . To much construction! Hard to walk around

I rarely leave reviews like this, but our experience at YVE Hotel Miami was unacceptable. We checked in and were assigned a room on the 15th floor. Only AFTER giving us our room did the hotel tell us the elevators were not working. This should have been disclosed BEFORE check-in so we could decide whether we were willing or able to stay. My fiancée is pregnant, and we were left having to climb 15 flights of stairs while dealing with approximately 50-lb luggage bags. Knowing the elevators were down, I cannot understand why we were placed on the 15th floor in the first place, especially with a pregnant guest, without any warning or reasonable accommodation. The elevator breaking is one thing. The way the hotel handled it is the real problem. There was a complete lack of transparency, consideration, and basic customer service. On top of that, complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be included with our reservation was not honored. For what this hotel charges, this level of service is inexcusable. We felt misled at check-in and completely disregarded afterward. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere in Miami.

And the elevator wasn’t working properly And then I got charged 25$ for I don’t know why I called them they said because you booked from third party Expedia didn’t mention that in time of booking

BIGGEST ISSUE- elevator! Only one elevator was working for a building that super close to the port and has over 15 floors. Waited over 30 mins for the elevator on the morning of our cruise and ended up walking down from the 6th floor with two large luggages and a stroller. Mind you, the stairwell was very small and ended up forming a line of people also trying to leave. My mother (who had two knee replacements) and oldest child were staying on the 15th floor, they waited just as long as we did for the elevator. My husband had to walk their luggage and help my mother down 15 flights so we wouldn’t lose our uber to port. Rooms were very clean but the bathrooms were super tiny. Not enough outlets. Tv in the second room didn’t work and could t get ahold of front desk on the phone or through text. When I was considering a shuttle to the port, concierge told me to book with her, told her I’d be back down after check in but when I came back they told me I can only book through QR code which is what I was going to do originally. I understand things take time to fix but this is something that should’ve been stated prior to check in we were supposed to stay there after disembarking the ship but immediately canceled.

Otherwise, it is a great location. Lots of restaurants around and across the street from Bayside market. The room was descent and the beds were very comfortable!

We were on the 14th floor and when we arrived one elevator was not working so it took a long time to get up to our room. When we checked out the next morning both of the elevators were broken and had to carry all of our luggage and bags down 14 flights of stairs.
