Everything was great. Expensive parking though.

Rooms were clean and staff came by every day if wanted. If we had one gripe it was that breakfast was basic and hours should be extended to 10:30 every day as most people are on vacation here. Also, items didn’t get restocked quickly enough. Parking in the hotel is pricey at $41/daily, so book a rate that includes parking for discounted parking. We booked on Expedia to get a very reasonable rate.

I was charged for early check in. When ai was checking in nobody mentioned that I will be charged extra. This is not right. I could wait for the check in time if I knew about the charge.

Nothing The room was very dirty. We had to call the front desk twice to have the bed sheets changed because they were not clean. The bathroom door would not close properly and had a huge gap, which provided no privacy at all. The biggest issue was the kitchen. Before booking, we specifically asked multiple times whether the room had a fully functional kitchen because I needed to cook for my child. When we arrived, we found that there was no real kitchen—only a refrigerator and a dishwasher. After we complained, they brought us a small portable hot plate that barely worked. I couldn’t even boil water on it. The beach is located across a busy road from the hotel, and the beach itself was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the amount shown on our booking confirmation. We had to call and argue about the extra charges. Check your credit card statements carefully and keep all your receipts. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would never stay here again.
