This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, the room and hotel property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Pablo at the front desk was really helpful and easy to talk to. Will definitely visit again.

Mold in the first room: We were given a room with black mold all over the ceiling. It was extensive and immediately noticeable as soon as we entered the room. I asked to change rooms, and we were moved to another room where the mold had been treated and eliminated. Parking fee: No one told us that we would be charged for parking in the covered garage across from the main entrance. We assumed it was the hotel’s parking and that there was no additional fee. Nowhere was it stated that we had to pay for parking. We also asked someone at the front desk if we could park there, and they told us that we could, but they "forgot" to mention that there was a fee. I don't know if there is also a fee for parking in the uncovered area, since we did not park there.

The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our flight got delayed and I reached out to the hotel and i was given excellent help for me and family. We were a group of 13 and Yilian did over and beyond for us. We have never experience such great hospitality before. If we go back to Miami this will always be our place to stay

Convenient to MIA. Parking in garage across the street was good. Cost $18 for night stay.

Breakfast was excellant Housekeepers didn't vaccum prior to my stay and there was nasty hair looked like pubic hair all on the floor beside the couch!

It would be a good Idea to have the shuttle schedule listed in the lobby.

Everythin

Our stay at this location was exceptional! Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. We arrived early from our cruise and the front desk staff checking us in was very accommodating; allowing us to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned! We were able to check in a little early, so that was very appreciated. What was interesting is that this location has a large entertainment/bar area with a nice view, pool table and foosball table. The breakfast was fantastic! They had a large variety of options and even though the hotel was full, the breakfast staff (three ladies) made sure everything was replenished (during the breakfast time rush hour) before it completely ran out. I would have given this location a 10+ had it not been for an avoidable injury incident. The only reason I gave it an 8 was that my 7 year old grandson got hurt in our room when the marble slab for the windowsill fell on his leg. I call the front desk and was told a manager would be coming up, but we got no response. I had to treat his wounds using my first aid kit. I hope they affixed that slab properly so that no one else gets hurt.
