Alexa was great at checkin. Also I had dealings with other staff and they were pleasant as well. The room was clean and cozy and I got some of the best sleep while on vacation. Will definitely consider staying again , also a convenient stay because of the close proximity to dolphin mall if you want to shop

No te guían? Ni te dicen dónde estabas las instalaciones del hotel, ósea no llegó nadie o por lo menos ese fue mi caso, no desayuno incluido con un precio tan elevado, ni agua en la nevera. Pero cada quien con opiniones.

The proximity to the Dolphin Mall is great, basically opposite the mall. Rooms are clean an spacious and cleaning crew cleans on a daily basis. If you are in Miami for shopping this hotel is definitely the go to place. Will definite visit again.

Although the hotel is somewhat dated, its proximity to Dolphin Mall is definitely a major advantage. As we only stayed for one night, we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy all the hotel’s amenities, such as the pool and fitness center. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the breakfast service met our expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bathroom is quite dated, and the shower fittings were rather noisy.
