Hampton Inn Miami - Airport East, FL

The room was so clean. The staff was so friendly, finding two rooms for us on the same floor. The breakfast was excellent. Airport shuttle was convenience. The lobby was comfortable and stylish.

Our party of about 20 people stayed at the Hampton Inn from August 20th–23rd, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, clean, comfortable, and secure. We had a minor issue with the first room we were assigned, but the ladies at the front desk handled it immediately and professionally. I was moved to another room without any hassle. Every front desk staff member I interacted with was friendly, informative, patient, and willing to help. But I HAVE to give a very special recognition to ALEX, the breakfast attendant! ❤️ Alex was absolutely AMAZING! Her personality, friendliness, and the way she interacted with us really stood out. She made us feel welcomed and brought such positive energy to breakfast every morning. Employees like Alex can truly make a hotel stay memorable, and I really hope management recognizes her for the excellent service she provides! The breakfast itself was delicious, and everything was well taken care of. I also really appreciated the hotel’s security. You needed your room key to access the elevators, which made me feel much safer knowing that not just anyone could access the guest floors. Our entire experience was wonderful, and I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you to the entire Hampton Inn team for making our trip so enjoyable, and once again, a HUGE shout-out to Alex! The staff was excellent. We were a group of 17 and only stayed 1 night. My only issue was that the room had a funky smell but we sprayed the room with what spray we had. A great sleep.

Convenient located

This hotel was in a great location our flight was delayed and we got in so late. They were very kind and took care of us. Even with it being near the airport the traffic noise was not bad. We slept like babies for our next adventures.

From start to finish everyone we came in contact at this Hampton Inn was amazing

Lovely staff. The washing room could be better. One of the dryers was broken and a ceiling tail came off.

The friendly staff It states restaurants are walking distance which they are not. Our room had a musty smell. We had quick responses about our stay until the mention of the musty smell and I hadn’t heard back.
