Staff was great. The suite was okay, the floor in the bathroom and was beat up. Location great. The construction made using the pool tough— but I was warned.

Absolutely fantastic staff, brilliant location and the rooms are incredible! Spotless, superbly maintained, just perfect! This was our second visit here and we will be back again. Just amazing all round!

Great location. Good Vale parking service. I got an upgrade to 2 bedroom appartment which was really great. Pool is nice and fun. Gym was big with many opportunities Cost of food in the restaurant down below was quite expenssive

It is steps away from Brickell. One block away there are restaurants and cafes. Uber arrives fast Next door huge construction.

Stayed for a night, staff were very friendly, room was nice. Small balcony, small water view construction going on for future condos. AC in the room was noisy and no hooks for towels. But overall, would stay here again.

Very clean, easy to walk mist anywhere from this location in brickell, everything you need for a short or even longer stay!

Overall the room would work well for an extended stay. It was very bare bones in the kitchen, but there were some plates and basics. It would have been nice to have some laundry detergent so that we could actually have washed some clothes (maybe you can get some from hotel staff? I didn't ask). The shower was designed poorly. There is a giant glass wall that they put up that doesn't slide, so you have to get into the shower to turn it on and there is nowhere to hide when you're blasted with water. It would have been much better with a regular shower curtain. We did enjoy the views of the ocean though, and we were a short walk to a restaurant called Crazy About You, which was great for dinner overlooking the water. We stayed here for one night before our cruise because it's not far from the port. Our uber that morning got stuck in traffic for about thirty minutes because the bridge was closed (I guess that's a thing). Otherwise the location I thought was great. I would probably stay here again if I was in the area.

Rooms were nice & clean. We were given an "upgrade" because they did not have the room available that we requested. Balcony had a solid cement wall obstructing any view. The gym equipment was limited & in need of maintenance. Location is very good .Safe neighborhood.

valet service is not a great value.
