Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient parking! Great location!

Hotel is wonderful only complaint is no shuttle service to or from the airport. This leaves you a victim of the non taxi scammers (don’t use people claiming to be a taxi) if the vehicle isn’t yellow it’s not a taxi (they will lock you in until you pay their price.

And you never said that it doesn’t work, walking to the pool to Hyatt was not the most convinient things. But overall great hotel

Property was in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Bayfront Park. It is perfect for if you are going on cruise they have a shuttle that takes you to the cruise port.
