Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites

The room was clean as expected according to the reviews, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good with an attendant present all the time to refill, clean and assist guests.

If Best Westerns aren't normally your hotel choice, reconsider this one. We came across it's great reviews and needed a hotel near the airport with a shuttle. We gave it a try and slept on the best mattress of our trip. This is now our go to hotel when we pass through Miami. We also love it for the great Thai/sushi restaurant within walking distance.

Great place to stay for an overnight at Miami Airport. Rooms we're recently renovated, staff are wonderful, and there is a free shuttle bus.

The property was outdated. The staff at the desk was not accommodating. Our flight came in At 7:30 am we were able to drop out luggage off . I asked if there were any clean rooms that I would pay a fee to check in even if it was a few hours. She said she would notify me when a room became ready it was after 3 before we got in , not a minute early. Bathroom had hair from previous visitors. The bathroom needed updates . It wasn’t a pleasant stay to say the least

There were small ants on the bed. Also the bathtub had rust and the bathroom curtain should be replaced.

The room was far from clean, a chair had purple stuff on it! The toilet seat was dirty too! The shuttle left without me and I had to get an Uber!

The rooms for the most part are very clean. The show had some mildew on the grout lines and the bathroom door and one of Rhea towel hangers were in bad shape. The staff was nice. Common areas were clean and in good shape. Complimentary breakfast was okay not great
