AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

Housekeeping never cleaned room even after staff was call. Ac did not work.

Clean rooms & Air Conditioning was cold in the rooms. Will definitely stay there again.

I was there for Business and the off season rate was $100 per night including the resort fee. Near the design district and a bunch of newer developments. My only complaint was that you have to ask housekeeping to make up your room. Who doesn't want this? I had it at another hotel and this just cant be were they want to save money. Pool and roofdeck were amazing as well as Euro breakfast which was $15 with the discount for my room.

Terrible. When I checked in apparently the person who checked me in didn’t check me in correctly. Then … after hours my room was continuously being put in the system as vacant … which caused management not once but 3 times come knock on my door and try to enter. They said there’s an issue with Expedia vs what they can actually see on their actual site with the booking dates but the fact that this wasn’t communicated amongst the workers is what frustrated me the most.

Even though we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time, we certainly shouldn't have had to wait almost the entire day. Although the front desk promised to notify us as soon as a room became available, they never did; I had to keep going over to ask for updates myself. To make matters worse, I saw people who had been queuing behind me getting their rooms before I did. Does this mean they wouldn't have notified me at all if I hadn't asked—leaving me to wait in the lobby indefinitely? The level of service was incredibly unprofessional.

This hotel was really nice .. very clean welcoming staff and close to shopping areas .. highly recommend .

Very helpful staff at the reception and restaurant. Unfortunately they don’t have a good cleaning staff. We arrived to very dirty room, reception people tried to help asking the cleaners to do the room but they never did, they were always chatting in the hallways and even lying on the beds with the doors open speaking Creole and laughing.

The facilities were excellent, the staff was wonderful and helpful during our stay Everything was fine

The check in process was not very organized

It was nicely located across some food stops in case you were hungry and didn't want hotel food. Walking distance to Target and transit.

They are having problems and keep trying to pass my credit card which is being declined. I called to help them and the person who answers keep hanging off the phone. They are about to block my credit card and this person doesn't want to talk.

Very accommodating staff and front desk, always ready to help. Very good Value for money. Great location. I’ll come back and stay here again

The location I have two unexplained charges that the front can't explain, one charge 90.00 and the other charge 33.00. I had lunch and breakfast bought one bottle of water. I have to call the corp office.
