The Setai

From the beginning to the end we could not have asked for a better hotel. The check in was seamless. The check out was perfect and they allowed us to have a late check out due to a later flight. The pool area is amazing and the staff are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff were fantastic - again nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bit of luxury in Miami. Would definitely visit again.

Very bed

Beautiful hotel with an awesome lounge / dinner in the inner courtyard- with a DJ and show. Service was incredible. First night we were upgraded to a location that was near the employee entrance, so it was noisy and we had a broken window blackout drape by the bed, but they switched our room the next night and provided us with a bottle of champagne and a handwritten note. Very impressed by the service here and their customer relations.

I decided to book the Setai for a birthday staycation. The ocean suite, birthday amenity, and room service were all amazing! The pool and beach, was also a great experience, the food and drinks were top notch, the pool and beach staff were great and welcoming. However, the arrival experience could be better, the front desk agent that did the check in, was not very welcoming, did not make eye contact or use my name once. Kind of disappointed arrival experience but other than that, stay was great.

If you’re looking for luxury and relaxing this is the place to be. Plus they are pet friendly. I’ll definitely be back again.

Best stay ever !!!!!

This is one of my favorite hotels in MIA. I was disappointed with the help I received to resolve an issue. There is ongoing construction next to the hotel that starts at 5AM each day. After multiple complaints about what was and was not included in my reservation and upgrade, a manager finally did the right thing and fixed my problem. I am grateful that my problems were resolved but sad at the amount of effort it took to get it done. Overall the experience was pleasant for my family despite the issues I encountered.

Very nice staff

Above and beyond customer service. Everything was well appointed. The beach and the service there was great. They have three pools and a lot of beds and cabanas for the guests to use.

Hands down the nicest hotel I have ever been to, amazing service and the pools and restaurants are amazing!

Lovely hotel. Well located. Pool area very nice. Room also very nice. Major construction next to the hotel so very noisy from 6am. Major problem for anyone on a holiday. Hotel did compensate us but we wish they and booking.com had told us before we went so we could make an informed choice. Was too late once we arrived.

Lovely everything

Beautiful property and extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly staff. Truly one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Absolutely loved it. The construction next door but not their fault, of course.

We have stayed at the Setai many times previously, and when someone is paying over $1,500 per night for a room this kind of incident is just mind blowing. So disappointing.
