The hotel itself has a quiet, relaxing and upscale atmosphere. It feels refined without being overly busy or noisy, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were excellent: attentive, professional and genuinely customer-oriented. We only tried the restaurant for breakfast, but the food and overall breakfast experience were very good. Valet parking is available and generally convenient, although there is room for improvement. On a few occasions we had to wait quite a while for the car, and if you wait inside the hotel, nobody lets you know when the car has arrived. A simple notification system would make a big difference. The spa was unfortunately the weakest part of our experience. We actually chose The Palms partly because of the spa. I booked a classic massage with Shiatsu, but my experience was disappointing. The therapist’s hands were noticeably cold throughout much of the massage, which made it difficult to relax, and the massage itself felt fairly average and not particularly professional. This may simply have been an unlucky experience with one therapist rather than a reflection of the spa overall. Overall, The Palms is a beautiful, peaceful and very well-located hotel with excellent service and a great beach.

Everything was exceptional. From the moment of arrival and the valet, porter service to a smooth professional checkin experience, the beautiful scenic hotel was just exceeded expectations. The rooms were beautiful and clean and every amenity was pristine and addes touches for sustainability were so awesome. The staff were the cherry on top, from the bar staff - Pedro, Ernesto and Grinalda (May have gotten her name slightly wrong) to the pool tiki bar service with Floriano - and every single team member who I could not recall their names, was just phenomenal, attentive and nothing was too much. They went over and beyond for my family and I couldn't have been more impressed and thankful for the choice of hotel. We will most certainly recommend this hotel to any and everyone!! Keep it up team Palm Hotel and Spa. You have a truly special place and team Absolutely nothing. I cannot fault the establishment on anything.

As a solo traveler, I can say I had the best experience staying in the hotel. The amenities and beach front are totally accessible. The staff are also very kind and welcoming. Will come back soon! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa. Our room was spacious, welcoming and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The hotel itself was clean and attractive, with lots of greenery throughout the property, giving it a lovely relaxed feel. The bar and restaurant staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the food at both was excellent. The location on Collins Avenue was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. Motek Miami and Casa Faena were our favourites and both are well worth a visit. The pool and surrounding areas could have been cleaner. There was leftover fruit on the floor from the night before and the pool tiles were noticeably dirty and in need of cleaning. There was also a noticeable sulphur-like smell around the pool area at times. We weren’t sure where this was coming from, whether it was from the seaweed on the beach or something within the hotel, but it was quite unpleasant. One particular member of the Tiki Bar staff was also quite unhelpful when we asked questions about the drinks and seemed more interested in his phone than assisting us. Unfortunately, communication from the hotel was also disappointing. I left my AirPods in the room and only realised once we reached the airport. I emailed the hotel but received no response. This was particularly disappointing as I had previously contacted the hotel about another matter and had also received no reply. Even if they were unable to help, I would have expected at least an acknowledgement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve, particularly cleanliness around the pool and communication with guests.

Great location right on the beach and the broadwalk. Nice restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel is great too. The gym is good, everything you need although a bit tight in space. Will definitely return.

No se pudo disfrutar de la playa , y el Hotel nunca me notificó nada acerca de la condición de la playa , la piscina es muy reducida y no es un Hoyel para disfrutar con familia con niños no lo recomiendo, es más un hotel para parejas , muy mala experiencia
