Hotel is lovely condition, rooms spacious and bathrooms great and above all really clean. Staff were so amazing and helpful messaging us and calling us even when we did int realise we left our daughters iPad behind thank you guys! Highly recommended and I would certainly stay here again or anywhere this company has a hotel if like this one . Made our final nights in Florida even more special

It was clean, well-maintained, and the staff members were very attentive and kind. For a great price, in a great location, I would definitely recommend. The pool is small but lovely for an afternoon dip or chatting with your travel companion(s).

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! Check in was super quick and easy and we even got to check in earlier than our original time. Anna, was super nice and asked if we needed anything and brought us a bunch of towels very quickly. Sebastian was kind and helpful. Overall great location, great place. About 7 minute walk from the beach. Will come again

When we returned to collect our belongings, we found what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets and black specks resembling bed bug droppings. We reported the issue immediately but have received little assistance. Although we were told a refund would be issued, we only received $62.84, which does not adequately address the issues we experienced. Multiple calls, voicemails, and messages through Expedia have gone unanswered. The poor room conditions, excessive noise, and lack of customer service made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Check in and check out were simple and the room was clean. Staff were very helpful and the location is perfectly close to Ocean Drive, Collins st shopping area and twenty minute drive from Downtown.

The room wasn't nearly as large or fancy as the picture on the website, but we enjoyed our stay here. It was quite quiet and pleasant. The staff is constantly cleaning the shared areas - mopping floors, cleaning windows etc. Maid service is only if/when you ask for it. They have bicycles you can rent for $10/hr but the Citibike option may be better. The Citibike location is about 2 blocks away on Meridian, just past 6th St. The hotel is on 5th & Meridian. Meridian itself is a lovely tree-lined street providing a cool place to walk. The beach is a few blocks away down 5th St. I liked the greenery (tall bamboo & palms) that shaded the windows and surrounded the small pool. The pool had 2 places to sit with massaging jets, and a small waterfall. It is a longish narrow pool, but the area accommodated 3-4 families/groups each having their own space. There is no "chill-out room" access. This became a venue for massage etc. There is a market, laundromat and Dollar Bazaar where you can find things on Meridian & 6th. I'd stay here again. Much less pricey than other options and you have full access to all the fun & action in the area, or peace and quiet. There is a "bar" with coffee & juices & small eats & lots of restaurants and ice-cream around. AC was good and very quiet.

Hotel was clean. It was exactly what we needed for our travels. Pool facilities were good. Staff responded quickly, and helpfully to any messages and questions we had. We would definitely stay again. Very good value for money.

Love the place and how it’s ran. My only issue was the Mini fridge wasn’t getting cold enough.. they did have maintenance come up to fix it but still wasn’t as good as good as it should have been. there is no ice maker there also.

Very spacious and cosy place,the hotel is in a great location, only few minutes from ocean drive and the stuff were really helpful

My partner and I stayed from Friday-Sunday on vacation. I checkin in the day before and let them know I would be arriving around 1pm. Check in said at 3pm, but when I checked in the day before, they said I was all set and I would just need to come in and get my key. We reserved a balcony room-wasn't as nice looking as the site. We only received room service (cleaning, new towels, etc.) one time and that was because I texted the property about ants on our table, requesting extra towels, and the AC not working. The AC WAS working, but would not set any lower than 65 degrees. The property was helpful about everything & Oscar, the manager, offered to reimburse me for the charge of each person stay (from expedia). The parking garage is 2 blocks away, which we stayed in maybe 2 times out of the 3 days we purchased. I would recommend the property stating that it's not on site (on the website). Overall, stay was okay.

It was lovely the hotel it self was giving beach vibes the pool was also very nice There was nothing wrong about the hotel maybe the fridge it wasn’t cold enough

Everything was great! Only thing I would mention is the pool is very warm

The staff was very helpful during my stay, room was clean and bed very comfortable. Hotel is close in walking distance to the beach which is a huge advantage.
