We spent almost one hour without electricity, personnel without knowledge went to My room. You should improve that.

I do not feel comfortable sleeping in or continuing to stay in this room. I have reported the issue to the hotel and am requesting that this be formally documented.They staff was not able to provide any assistance, the phone in the was not working ever time we needed something I had to go down to front desk.

Everything was good I really enjoyed 😉

I will never stay at a Residence INN again unless the place is very new. We always stay at the Residence Inn in Kalispell, Montana and that hotel is like a second home to use - this place was terrible - and NOT cheap!!!

Breakfast was simple and there was not a very good selection.

I immediately noticed that the lobby furnitures was soiled and stained-badly. That was disappointing. Nevertheless, my room was spotless and there was a Traders Joes across the street so that made me happy. On the third day, I had to ask for room service. The days and night after the third day was miserable. The hallway noise got loud and whoever checked in next to me on Sunday must have been building something all night-moving furniture banging on the walls and speaking so loudly that we could hear him over our headphones. My final disappointment was returning at 10:30 PM, getting settled and deciding to go downstairs to get something to drink, but the cooler was broken and there was nothing cold to purchase so we had to do an Uber Eats. We went to get ice on the 2nd fl. And the ice machine was broken, so we had to go to the roof. It was so very disappointing that what started off well, quickly went downhill. I will never stay here again.

The rooftop pool was great. The breakfast is not great at all. The morning staff was very good & helpful. Could not understand the staff that check us in, and we didn't get the sheet of paper with all the information regarding the beach & towel and chairs. I saw the morning staff checking in ppl and everything was explained to them properly & the sheet with all the amenities was given to them.

The hotel is at a perfect location.. and a lot of options. From supermarket to restaurants… and entertainment. The pool area is nice, and haves a beautiful view
