Clean room and excellent location.

I understand the need to verify the identity of the person who booked and paid for the room, but I consider requiring identification from my guest to be an unnecessary invasion of privacy. I have stayed at this hotel before and was not asked to provide identification for my wife. We also stayed at other hotels during this same visit to Miami, and none required identification from both of us. I have enjoyed staying here previously, but I am disappointed with this policy. If this is now a permanent requirement, I will likely need to choose a different hotel for future stays.

The breakfast food was delicious and fresh. Awesome location and reasonable distant to and from airport for my short stay! Poor communication from staff while awaiting for my room, I was not informed I had access to free beach towel and chair. After spending $50 on beach towel and chair, and finally being checked in to my room was I informed of it. I was only staying one night, but I arrived early. Then asked if I could be accommodated to a late checkout. I was not accommodated but charged $50 for a late check out and offered a free complimentary breakfast on my stay.

Pas assez de rangement dans le chambre. Hormis l’emplacement qui est très bien, cet hôtel ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles.

Alonzo was and is super supportive and professional! I am looking forward to staying there again. I have stayed there several times and enjoy my time there.

Buena atención, la playa está frente del hotel y las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buen estado.

Clean room

Hotel stay was really nice, quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff very nice, professional, ready to help with the needs of the customer. Rooms are well maintained & comfortable. I've stayed @ this hotel in early January 2026. I enjoyed my stay & decided to return in August 2026, and will return in the future.

La limpieza es regular, algunas veces no te cambian la toallas o sacan toda la basura. El personal de recepción suele ser un tanto amable , otros no. El wifi anduvo bien, nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña , la nevera no enfriaba correctamente.

Lady at the front desk was rude and not bothered about us or others waiting to check in.

Great food, clean rooms, friendly stff

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere overall. Everything was exactly what I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Superb

Everything was fine, what I don't like are the extra charges on top of the room price, plus a $100 damage deposit, which they don't check in the guest's presence at checkout. Everything else was fine.
