The proximity to the beach, food, ambient and the entire team!

The room looked exactly the same as it was depicted in the pictures. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The toilet flush was broken. Not a big deal but we had to lift the cistern lid to flush. It should have been noted and fixed before the room was let.

I stayed here for 4 days with my kids. I liked that the property was kid friendly. Unfortunately we couldn’t hang out at the beach much because of too much seaweed. The room we stayed in was big but it needs little maintenance done on it. Besides charging $200 a night for a incidental they also charge $45 every night as a resort fee so I think all these extra charges are a bit unnecessary and the front desk staff does not do a good job explaining this the first day. They assume we already know about all the extra charges. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the pool. We stayed for 5 days and I did not see one pool attendant. To have to be in the pool and avoid human hair whilst swimming wasn’t a nice feeling. For a luxury hotel. I do not expect to experience that.

The balcony was AMAZING, with an ocean front view. The staff were all great.

We got a free upgrade with a large balcony and ocean view. In the left set, we can see sunset on the bay. On the right side,wd can see sun rise from the ocean. Great experience! Thanks a lot!
