Clevelander Hotel – Adults Only

My only negative comments are: depending upon which day of the week and which bartender took your drink orders by the pool, the price of the cocktails were inconsistent. For example, Monday and Tuesday, we were charged either $12 or $20 for a frozen Pina Colada (depending upon the size, of course) then Friday were we’re being charged $28 for the same drink. We also were given a discount at the bar because we were guests on some days. Other days the bartenders said they didn’t know anything about a discount for hotel guests. Very inconsistent to say the least. Lastly, we did not know that the music played until the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes it was so loud that the windows rattled in the room.

Great for solo travelers and like the fact it was for adults only. Hotel was convenient and easy access to the beach. Will stay here again.

Everything was excellent

The staff here top tier absolutely amazing, the rooms are clean but the AC barely works we had to switch rooms cause the first room was hot and the second one wasn’t a ton better and in 100 degree FL weather that’s just not comfortable especially when you’re outside in the heat all day and want to come back to the room and cool off and you can’t because it isn’t cold. The hotel has resort fees but for what exactly a drink and pool towel? You don’t have a fridge you request one they don’t have it, there is no ice machine on grounds for guest usage, they don’t have much to offer in retrospect of you having to pay a fee on top of your stay you’re already paying for I’m sorry for $600 for 2 nights it didn’t live up to my expectations of the infamous Clevelander and Miami experience. Is it close to the beach and some of the scenes yes but ultimately all of the clubs everyone will be looking for are 20+ minutes away. Loved the staff but unfortunately not somewhere I’d stay again.

Pool wasn’t open, staff didn’t mention what the resort fee offered, 1st rooms toilet kept running continuously, had to switch rooms. Nobody picks up at the front desk. Overall terrible experience

this is the hotel to choose if you want to be in the heart of it. Also it's just a 5 min walk to the beach

Good location, clean, helpful. Def party hotel-will hear the music all night. Mini fridge available on request, thankfully had one in stock. Beach is close but if want use their chairs and such it’s 5 blocks away.

. This definitely is not a 4 star nor even a 3 star hotel. The rooms where outdated they did not have lamps not a mirror the air conditioning did not work. They charged extra $40 per night and this was not estipulated on your site !!!’ Im Very disappointed.

The staff was Extremely HELPFUL and SUPER NICE i mean they were very polite Rooms stuffy and hot at times,rooms way too small with NO microwave

Locatiion was great. That is adult only hotel. They dud not allowed my kids to stay. At booking does not mention anytthing about this rule. They send my famiky to another hotel partner 2 minutes walking away.
