AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Beach

Very good excellent service

Everything was great. My only suggestion is that there should be at least 2 bartenders by the pool area since there were times I had to wait for the bartender to return. Also, since on vacation the bar should be open earlier.

We received EXCELLENT service from Angel, the front desk manager (the entire staff was actually amazing!). She gave me an upgrade, provided recommendations on places to see and restaurants to dine at! She took great care of me and my family members!

Very clean and relaxing me and my wife enjoyed it and the pool was perfect with the bar perfect. Definitely have to visit back soon.

Nice hotel however you can tell there is some wear and tear with the rooms. The location was great. Alejandro at the front desk was very nice and even upgraded our room.

Excelente localización , bien limpio y el valet parking es súper rápido y eficiente . Recomiendo este hotel mucho . El sonido de las puertas cuando las personas salen y entran a los dormitorios es bien pero bien fuerte .

Great location

A very busy area. The beach had so much seaweed you couldn’t get in the ocean. The boardwalk area was a nice place to walk. It was very hot and the pool area was nice, but a bit small with regular loungers. Mostly rental cabanas. Starbucks was directly outside. Valet was expensive but very convenient.

Fantastic stay! Right in the heart of mid Miami Beach, just two blocks from the beach. It's close to everything, yet the area feels relaxed and not overly crowded. The hotel offers great amenities, including a pool, complimentary bikes, and free beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days so easy. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and a special thanks to Alejandro, who made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. There’s also a Starbucks and several great restaurants just around the corner, including an excellent Argentine café. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! All was good.

Location was perfect! Loved the rooftop pool, the room was a good size, staff was great! Pool closed at 8 pm (too early).

Property was immaculate beyond my expectation of a nice hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely book again with the same hotel for future visit to Miami. There’s nothing to not like about the property everything you would love the property.

The rooftop pool is amazing

Dirty room, tv at the bar didn't work, and the tv's that did work did not have any channels that had the NBA finals. Lights flickering at the bar. Not the most pleasant staff. Overall, poorly managed hotel and will not be going back.

House cleaning was loud early morning. Asked for toilet paper, was never delivered. Front desk staff was nice.
