Nothing At the time of booking, I noted that I would be arriving between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM. The property's listing also states that the front desk is open 24 hours. However, when I arrived during that window, the lobby and front desk were closed, and no one answered my calls. A sign on the door stated the front desk hours were actually 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, contradicting the listed 24-hour availability. Because I was unable to check in, I had to book a room at another property that night, at an additional cost of $94.86. I'm attaching the receipt for this expense. The next morning, when I returned to check in, the staff member handling my booking was dismissive and rude, insisting that I never came to the property and that no call was received. It was only after he checked the security camera footage and confirmed my arrival that his tone changed and he became cooperative. Additionally, once I was in the room, I found cockroaches present in the unit, which is a serious hygiene and health concern that should not be present in a paid accommodation.

the young man who helped me check in late at night did a perfect job. the room was good for the money but when i tell you the manager was insanely condescending and had no intention of listening to me concerning being checked out a day earlier than what was on paper …the point is i understood what he said put my online receipt said otherwise and also i’ve worked in hotels before btw and if someone has a late check in the always late them checkout late too around 3-5 . will never come back if my life depended on it

Our room had bugs, the bathroom had not been cleaned and still had dirty towels from the previous stay. The front desk offered to move us to the last available room but we didn’t want to haul all three kids and our stuff to another room in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving immediately. Literally everything.

I would have given a review of a 1 if it hadn't been for the staff. The room looked like something of the 70s, and I don't mean the decor. Bathtub horribly stained and drained SUPER slowly, several "cabinets" (lower level and in the bathroom) didn't close all the way. The fridge looked newer and worked well.

Bathroom was no clean with mold in shower grout. Shower pole was coming out of the wall. Light switch did not work, and all lamps were unplugged - had to walk around the room in the dark to turn on the light. There were no utensils or plates in the room - they are only available upon request.

First extended stay we have stayed at that did not have bedding for the pull-out or any kitchen gear. We had to ask for dishes at the desk and they were handed to us and not very clean. People smoked right outside our door and made the room smell of smoke. The walls and floors were filthy.

Shame on expedia listing these type of properties. At least place a HIGHLIGHT NOTE (like Amazon does) for us the customers to see no matter what (I was in a rush) the type of stay that you are offering! Highly disappointed customer Luis
