A MUST stay if you're going to Graceland! Every staff there (front desk, restaurant, bar, shuttle bus, housekeeping, gift shop) were EXTREMELY helpful and kind! Made our stay there in Memphis a very memorable one!!

loved the atmosphere and the staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the propane tanks for the firepits were empty, but I never reported it.

The whole resort was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lots of Elvis memorabilia as you'd expect. The food was excellent and well priced and live entertainment. The pool is lovely and refreshing in the heat would highly recommend staying here if visiting Graceland

Nice rooms Nice payed breakfast Must go for Elvis fans De street outside the hotel is a mess. Seems like the city doesn’t take care of this major tourist attraction. Coffee machine in room doesn’t work.

Great place to stay! They need to manage pbj better! People love it! Make it easier . Don’t make people feel like they are in a soup kitchen line! Shuttle service to Graceland Mansion was great. Hotel staff could not be nicer. The coffee guy was kind of stuffy! (Even though he was employee of the month) It was just an over all great experience. Definitely recommend this property!

The restaurants were nice and the peanut butter and banana sandwich at the EP Bar & Grill was amazing. There was one night we sat down to order dessert but nobody waited on us so we left. The Elvis movies playing in the theatre every night was perfect. We got there at 7pm every night to watch a movie. The pool was nice but pretty warm. It would have been nice to have Elvis music playing out there! The live music in the lobby each night was a nice touch. The shuttle buses to Graceland come every half hour. Our driver was wonderful and even sang for us. The hotel staff were nice enough but I wouldn’t say they were trying to go above and beyond. They offer free water in the lobby and complementary PB&J sandwiches and chocolate milk every evening at 9pm. If you’re an Elvis fan, this is the place to stay!
