For the value, it wasn’t so bad. Not many hotels in Memphis offer a spacious room that includes a walk-in shower and a whirlpool. That’s was a plus. My only concern not necessarily a complaint is that depending on where you stay on the 3rd floor, the walk to the room may be a little distance. I wish there were more elevators like midways, although we saw one but that takes you to the restaurant. I love the privacy and the balcony.

    Amazing experience!!

very clean and the staff was very friendly! we had relaxing and fun stay!

Our room was clean and balcony was great. Our toilet ran constantly, one sink did not drain and beds are firm. Probably need to replace mattress. Other than that, the rooms were great!! We enjoyed the Bass Pro shop and all the amenities. It’s very expensive to dine at the 2 restaurants and just a few selection of meals and appetizers. We did enjoy exploring the history in the building, but quite a few things were not open. The overlook is something to see!! We were there for the weekend and overall, had a great weekend!!! Very nice and clean.

The $20+ for parking is a bit much since you just park in there parking lot not in a secure lot.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It was an okay trip, not in a safe area at all but the property was clean. Not worth the money in my opinion because hotel guests have the same access to everything that regular visitors of Bass Pro have, you just pay to stay there. None of the amenities that were promised were open such as archery, ax throwing or the breakfast place on the terrace. The walls are also very thin, we could hear people partying above us and kids crying until 1am. Guess we can say we stayed there but definitely won’t be back.

The rooms were clean, and maintained clean throughout our stay daily, and well appointed. Everyone we met working at the resort was friendly and helpful so much that they felt like old friends. The resort shuttle drivers took us anywhere within a few miles and returned us back to the resort when we were done. The shuttle drivers Jeremy and Willie gave us sight seeing and food recommendations in the area and they we're fun to talk to to on our drives places around Memphis, Tennessee. Wallburgers Wild asks The Limit are great choices to grab a meal or drink as are the bars at the resort. We highly recommend this place for travelers to stay and enjoy on site amenities and off site experiences!

Had to get a new room cause there was blood on sheets and robe so check room before you do anything no free breakfast witch is whatever but it says on thing there is and the staff didn't seem to care after they get a new room for us so little disappointed in a stay that I believe is a one time experience cause not much to do

Excellent stay, staff were very helpful and room very clean. We had an amazing time

Staff was great! Room was neat, however it wasn’t clean.

Loved staying here. Only problem we had was being double charged at the outlook restaurant. Everything else was great.

What is an interesting location. Staff was extremely helpful. Our room had a balcony/porch that overlooked the inside of the bass pro shops. Noise due to being inside the building. We spent part of the day walking around looking at everything in the Bass pro shops, checked out the ducks Unlimited display and had dinner at the upstairs restaurant. Meet location, expensive for size of room.

The place is showing some age but overall is still nice. The photographer deserves

This property is a beautiful hidden gem in Memphis. It's perfect for a quick getaway. Love that it looks like a small cabin and the room has a chimney.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

One drawback: very late in the night a couple of hotel staffers came banging on the door with 3 Memphis Police Officers and threatened to kick us out because they had had 3 noise complaints. There were 4 of us sitting around the dining table talking, and no one had apprised us of a noise complaint. Elon Musk was having a party on the same floor with 400 guests, open bar, a DJ, etc. I was able to talk them into letting us stay, but I thought it was outlandish that they bring storm troopers to our room while there's a party with hundreds of drunk people just down the hall. We'll still be back. We love it here.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Impressive! You would have to experience it for yourself; put this property on your destination list! So much thought went into the details. This was our second stay, and it was just as amazing as before.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

We really enjoyed are visit, the staff was completely amazing, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary uber style shuttle service. The room were beautiful and basket of treats and fresh cookies were such a nice touch. We wish we would of been able to stay more than one night. We will definitely be planning another stay in the future.

Our visit was fantastic the room is so comfortable and beautiful. I would add a full length mirror other than that it’s perfect!!
