Checking in was quick and the staff member friendly and welcoming. Plenty of car parking Nothing to do with the hotel but the people in the room next to me had the tv going all thru the night - I regretted not bringing ear plugs. Bathroom lights really bright, lights in the room were a bit dull

Location to tram & easy access to CBD I was surprised we only had 1 x teaspoon in the room. We had bought some nibblies (2 minute noodles, kabana, cheese & crackers), then discovered we had no utensils!
