Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront

Very nice, great location, clean and beautiful environment!!

The beach view and the room was clean. The hot tub was also there and the staff wqs friendly. But the shower handle in the room was way too tight and the water kept clogging while showering. The balcony view was great but it was not a sitting balcony and i didn know that before hand.

We enjoyed having a balcony to sit on, which was in an ocean view rather than ocean front which only has a Juliet balcony. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the roll in shower was perfect for my 89 year old father. The carpet in the room is a bit worn and dirty. The pool area was not completely handicap accessible. The auto open handicap doors were not functioning.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff was insanely friendly and the hotel was clean. The pool wasn't overly packed and the ocean was right near. Only complaint was if you get an ocean front room keep in mind that the fans below you are going constantly for the air conditioner so it can be a little bit loud.

I can't to say how incredible the staff were at the Hotel compassion and support and went above and beyond what I would imagine any hotel doing. Our room was breathtaking absolutely perfect in every way. The food the drinks the atmosphere the beach everything was spot on. My husband booked this trip for my birthday for a day as I am battling an aggressive form of breast cancer and haven't been able to get out of the house other than going to doctors for the last year being at this hotel even though it was only 25 minutes from our house meant absolutely the world to me and I can't tell the hotel staff enough how much I appreciate everything they did to make my stay as easy as possible

The view was great. The beach is lovely. The infused water in the lobby is wonderful but I would love to see recyclable paper cups offered with it instead of plastic cups. So wasteful.

Great hotel

I chose this hotel because in the descriptions it said that it had breakfast included, when I asked the employees to confirm they said no, they did nothing to clarify my doubts about why it was not included when the application said yes. Of everything else, the experience was good

2. when we asked for two beds in a room, they said that we could only have the two beds for part of our stay and then would have to move, my mother-in-law complained, then they decided to let us stay in the room. 3. heavy construction in the hallway outside of our room, with no one letting us know 4. double charged us for parking and then we complained and it was refunded.

The property was so nice and right on the ocean. The tiki bar and pool were nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious!

Was not notified the property was under renovation. The smell of chemicals, mold and stucco was ALOT.
