The room was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was at breakfast where there was only a choice of two sweetened cereals. I asked if there was an unsweetened option but was told no. This seemed bizarre as when I was there the breakfast room was busy but I never saw any children.

The property was very tidy and the breakfast was just right. Although the room was small it was clean and everything I needed. I had called in for an early check-in but they didn't note that so there was a brief misunderstanding at check-in but resolved quickly. It is an older property but extremely well-maintained. I would return when traveling agin.

The room was fine however we asked for a handicap room which they provided. However, the toilet was not a handicap one. It was low and the rails to help get up from the toilet. We're way too short. They can't have ADA require requirements with that set up. I strongly suggest that when advertising a hotel to let people know that the handicap room has a roll in shower however the toilet is not high, which is what accommodate is most handicap people.

The hotel room was a very good value. It was a good, basic room with all the helpful necessities. The covered parking is a big plus. The staff was helpful and efficient. I would stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others looking for a good value basic room.

The check in/check out were a breeze, and the staff was friendly! I gave it a good rating for location and price as well. A basic hotel that is Close to downtown with many food choices. Also fairly close to Jacksonville which is where we were going for music. If your expectations are not high, the price is definitely fair! I would stay here again.

Hanging plants were half dead from not being watered. Ice/soda room had some sticky black stuff all over the floor. Older motel. It was ok. Breakfast was nothing special. I've paid less and Breakfast was way better. Oh and they gave us a handicapped room, we did not ask for one nor did we need one.

I rarely write reviews, but I just had one of the most comfortable sleeps ever, the sheets are SO SOFT! The room is silent, cannot hear any outside or neighboring room noise, your parking spot is just feet from your door making suitcase moving effortless. I loved the hanging baskets of flowers I front of each room and the fresh mint growing in planters . Well done!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, and having the parking spot right in front of our room was very convenient. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The rooms are all single story and you have a reserved parking space right in front of your door. The room was spacious and clean. The room included shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. A very simple but sufficient breakfast was offered. In my opinion, this is bang for buck and more than I was expecting for the very reasonable price. I hope they can keep prices low because that it really what I’m raving about. Well maintained and affordable! I had a difficult time navigating the tv. It wouldn’t allow me to turn the volume up to a level where I could hear it—perhaps my remote or tv box was broken.

Perfect for a solo that needed a clean place to stay.

I thought ev charging is free but they told me they will charge me for the ev charger and it was a slow charger. So i decided to not pay for it.

We’re in Medford a lot for lacrosse and honestly, this is now our go-to. Every room has its own covered parking spot right in front (game changer when you’re hauling gear + kids). Rooms are super clean, recently updated, and no carpet (which I loved). The vibe is small and family-friendly—about 40 rooms all on one level, so it felt safe and easy. Staff was incredibly sweet and made everything simple, even just grabbing fresh towels or dumping trash. Highlight for the kids: there’s a basketball hoop on-site, and the owner’s kid came out and played with ours. It just felt personal and welcoming. The only minor challenge we initially had was breakfast timing. Tournament mornings start early, and with breakfast opening at 7:00 AM, we couldn’t take advantage of it. However, when I mentioned this to the owner and suggested opening earlier during busy sports weekends, they didn’t just listen—THEY ACTED. The next morning, breakfast opened at 6:30 AM to accommodate us. That level of responsiveness and care is incredibly rare. It’s one thing to offer great amenities, but it’s another to truly listen to your guests and make real-time improvements. That alone deserves more than five stars. 10/10 recommend if you’re traveling with family or for sports—this place just gets it 💯
