Room was clean, spacious, staff was friendly and helpful

It was close to eateries and shopping Towels were never replaced or garbage cans were not emptied. Wall Unit to hang clothes came loose the first day. This was reported but never repaired.

Clean, basic room. Nothing fancy but decent. Basic breakfast. The first room we were assigned didn't have a working refrigerator, but they did move me to a room with a functioning one after I brought it to their attention. Breakfast had no bread which is weird because they usually do at Quality Inns and there was a toaster there.

Unpleasant odor in room, but able to bare for the night. Everything else was ok.

Took 3 rooms before found one that was barely acceptable, desk staff was as frustrated as we were, never again

The hotel is older but nice and clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful

Exceptional

One room had been updated and was a good value, while our second room we had reserved needed maintenance on the bathroom faucet and toilet. Second room needed repair.

Nice room, spacious and clean

Quality Inn has a policy in McDonough of charging a refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in. This is inconvenient, unneccsary, and insulting. I have travelled quite a bit, but this is unusual. I will not stay at this locarion again. The damage deposit policy probably costs the owner more in lost business than he will ever recover. It is also inconvenient and insulting to have to wait until the room is inspected after check-out to receive my deposit.

Worst place to stay horrible. The staf also very un friendly I would not recommend this place ever to stay

Good for price

The room wasn't clean. There was a dirty quetip in the floor the bed clothes has stains. We asked the front desk to be sure be sure room service came the next day for fresh towels and that didn't happen we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to have clean ones and the bed clothes was the same our entire stay with stains

The bed covers had stains the tv didnt work breakfast was cereal apples and waffles no juice

Could have had a little more to offer but what was there was ok. Location to interstate was good. Better breakfast offering.

Left before available. Television, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, didn't work! Room lights had to be plugged in.

Bed mattress was sagging and pillows were flat
